Barebones idea

Snowy meadow, located somewhere in the Canadian Rockies, nowhere specific though. Needs to be in a mountain range. Anomalous properties work at a schedule per say
Either once every 36 hours or once ever 17 days. On observation circles of snow throughout the meadow light up randomly With random locations. Faint rumbling can be heard that sometimes gets louder. Snow bogs appear around the meadow, soft snow that when stepped on falls through. Appears before and after anomalous occurrences.
The meadow itself (not the terrain) the meadow is moving south at an incredibly slow rate.

*Had this idea in my head along time now. Though it is very very barebones. I think it could work
