Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept at the railyard of Site-61. Priority of research staff assigned to SCP-XXXX is ensuring it stays in operation as often as possible to prevent spread of anomalous effects, with daily performance tests being conducted in accordance with Protocol XXXX-Thomas (see Document-XXXX-Thomas). Only personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are allowed access to it after receiving proper debriefing on SCP-XXXX's history and anomolous properties. No personnel are allowed to come within [RADIUS] of SCP-XXXX unless they are enacting Protocol XXXX-Thomas.
Site-61 is to be monitored to ensure that non-Foundation persons do not come within SCP-XXXX's area of effect, with no less than 4 security personnel to be guarding the perimeter around the railyard where SCP-XXXX is kept at all times. Anyone who attempts to access the railyard or who otherwise appear to be influenced by SCP-XXXX are to be detained for questioning. Any Foundation personnel who are suspected of being affected by SCP-XXXX are to be transferred to another assignment immediately and must be monitored to ensure that they do not attempt to remove SCP-XXXX from containment.
Because amnestics have proven to be ineffective against SCP-XXXX's effects, Foundation intelligence agents and web crawlers have been put in place to find and investigate all references to █████████, Nevada and "Bentleytown" to track down anyone affected by SCP-XXXX.

MAYBE WAIT UNTIL YOU FIND AN IMAGE TO DECIDE] and, barring superficial structural damage and minor mechanical problems, is a fully functional locomotive and performs consistently with other engines of its model when accounting for its age. The engine is painted black and features the name "Bentley" painted in faded golden letters on its cab.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects affect any human who are within a [RADIUS] of it for an extended period of time. The length of time one must be in SCP-XXXX's area of effect before the anomalies begin to manifest varies between 15 and 19 days. Moving outside the area of effect before the anomalies are able to develop results in them not manifesting.
Any person affected by SCP-XXXX will believe that SCP-XXXX is responsible for actions that it purports to be responsible for. These actions are always of a heroic nature and range from providing emergency resources (food, water, emergency flares, flashlights, radios, etc.) to people in need to saving the lives of people it has affected. These actions are acknowledged to be real by those affected by SCP-XXXX even though there is no actual evidence of them happening.
All attempts to convince persons affected by SCP-XXXX have been unsuccessful, with many attempts being met with hostility. As such, it is advised not to speak out against any claims of SCP-XXXX's supposed actions to avoid any unnecessary conflict.
