Special Containment Procedures: SCP-(unspecified) is to be kept unknown to the world, the url only being kept within the A-class and select B-class personel, and the first to know it (see adendum (unspecified)-01)
Researchers and Select people are allowed to use the browser, but not to know the url, in the case of the browser being closed for whatever reason the url is to be inputed by a local site director
All interactions to the site are to be recorded and registered on external means,
Any unauthorized spreading of the url is to be immediately anulled through the aplication of amnestics
Description: SCP-(unspecified) is an internet browser (very similar to google, yahoo, and the likes) with the oddity that it doesn't have origin on this universe, the SCP is named "HUloA", and connects to many, many internet directions, by default on a langague that resembles a mix of spanish, japanese, and modern english, consisting of a series of characters similar to runes, (it is worth mentioning that, after translation by a expert group of linguists, that it is actually a really efficient language), although the world seems to contain thousands of other languages this one seems to be the most known one, the most relevant sites in this page are three, (then again) each resembling a site on our universe: YouMo (similar to facebook, with many of it's features, although it differs greatly on interface and aesthetic, to the moment this page counts with [] billion users). Karakaa (similar to youtube, where you can upload, download, and generally made so you can interact with audio-visual content, this one being the most similar to our version of the tree, counting with [] users), and Yiekka (similar to deviantart, but with the feature of being able to upload comics, then again, differing greatly in aesthetic and interface, counting with [] users).
Althought this isn't all, the population of this universe is particular too, even deserving an entrance on their own to describe all their particular characteristics, this species of humanoid beings refer to themselves as "Ica" which roughly translates to "Sun-borns" they do look similar to humans, with biped, humanoid forms, with similar bone structure and genetic makeup, but with a wider variety of mutations, the most notable and common traits being their brightly-colored eyes (which vary from simple saturated colors to beautiful color-changing eyes that even tend to resemble metal or gemstones), silvery outlines on their skin (these seem to be natural, as newborns already have them), and furry feet and hands that seem to be made for climbing and digging (the fur varying on color and even opacity (apparently the brighter and clearest ones are considered a trait of beauty among them)), they are mammals, as they have hair, warm blood, and the females produce milk. their society seems to be on a stage of peace and prosperity, and their enviroment is similar to ours, at least on the aspect (green plants, blue skies, big and small bodies of water and a single sun and moon), but with their fair share of obviously alien and even impossible enviroments (from geode-driven under-seas, cities built on cliffs, to advanced technology (that could only work on that universe), distinct cultures, mythology and religions, and flora and fauna)
