Special Containment Procedures: Subject's area of control is to remain fenced off from the public under the guise of a private nature reserve owned by the state government of Ohio, and civilian access to SCP-4675 is strictly prohibited. Any access to SCP-4675 must be authorized by an on-site administrator, and extended access to any subjects may be allowed to those who have tested positively for strong resistances to inhibitors against the average human mental spectrum. When the use of D-Class personnel is involved with testing, the science team must make sure that none of the D-Class have a violent criminal record involving children or a former spouse¹. In the event such an individual is within the area of SCP-4675 they will be classified as an instance of SCP-4675-A, and security personnel are authorized to terminate the subject at the first sign of hostile intent.

Docile instances of SCP-4675-A should be kept 20 yards from the edge of SCP-4675, and any subjects found leaving the area are to be terminated. Civilians who have interacted with an instance of SCP-4675-A are to be administered amnestics, and specified instances of SCP-4675-A are to be terminated. and specified instances of SCP-4675-A are to be administered amnestics before termination.²
