Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be stored in a titanium steel alloy box, approximately 15cm x 15cm x 15cm. Only people with level 5 clearance can view or transport SCP - XXXX. Only personnel that have had extensive training or other personnel who have been given access by the site director can utilise SCP - XXXX.
In the case of an accident caused by SCP XXXX, SCP XXXX must be put back into its titanium steel box without skin contact, by using a glove woven with titanium steel fibers.
Description: SCP - XXXX is a ring made out of an unknown material, though Dr.██████ believes it to be made of condensed ash. Its physical appearance and size changes to fit the wearers finger. When SCP - XXXX is used, objects being touched by the user (User will be referred to as SCP - XXXX-A until further notice) will be turned to ash. (note not all of the object gets turned to ash only the part of the surface the user is touching gets turned to ash). SCP -XXXX-A is capable of controlling the ash that was created. The ash was found to be able to contain almost any SCP and mitigate it's abilities. The ash was also found to be bullet proof when forming it into a wall.
SCP -XXXX-A seems to be unable to change titanium steel alloys into ash.
SCP - XXXX has anomalies that are intentional. Leading to Dr.██████ believing more exist.
Test 1 - Date [DATA EXPUNGED]
Subject: SCP - XXXX-A will be tested on the range of changing matter to ash.
Procedure: SCP - XXXX-A was put into a 8m x 8m x 4m titanium steel alloy testing chamber with a dark oak wood block 10cm x 10cm x 10cm that will be placed 1m away from SCP - XXXX-A on a plywood table thats .5m x .5m x .5m , and Dr.██████ to determine the results.
Results: SCP -XXXX-A was told by Dr.██████ to see if they could turn the dark oak block into ash from 1 meter away. SCP - XXXX-A began to feel anxious and stressed out while trying to turn the dark oak into ash. While describing what he felt to Dr.██████. SCP - XXXX-A broke down crying and released a pulse of energy that turned everything in the test chamber into ash, including Dr.██████. The ring was undamaged by the outburst of energy.
Analysis: SCP - XXXX can only be used by personnel that can control their emotions without stress. SCP - XXXX can only be used by personnel who have been gone through extreme training to ensure outbursts don't happen. More testing is required to determine the dangers of the energy outbursts.
Test 2 - Date [DATA EXPUNGED]
Subject: SCP - XXXX-B will be tested on containing SCP - ███ by using 2 pounds of ash from [DATA EXPUNGED].
Procedure: SCP - XXXX-B will be put in a 10m x 10m x 4m titanium steel alloy testing chamber with a plastic box containing the 2 pounds of ash 1m away from SCP - XXXX-B. (NO OTHER PERSONNEL ARE ALLOWED WITHIN THE TESTING CHAMBER UNTIL TEST HAS COMPLETED). Once SCP - XXXX-B is ready to begin, SCP - ███ is put into the cube. SCP -XXXX-B has to attempt to subdue SCP - ███ without getting killed.
Results: Once SCP - ███ was put into the cube, SCP - XXXX-B formed the ash into a round shield about 1.5m in diameter to stop SCP - ███ from charging him. SCP -XXXX-B then moved the ash shield to cover SCP - ███, fully immobilizing it. (note SCP - ███ could not use it's [DATA EXPUNGED] to break free)
Analysis: SCP - XXXX ability to fully subdue SCP - ███ and mitigate it's [DATA EXPUNGED] will be a useful asset in the case of a containment breach or the finding of a powerful SCP. However more testing is required to ensure consistent behavior.

Director: What is so special about SCP - XXXX that makes you need to have a meeting with me?
Dr.██████: From these tests I have conducted with SCP - XXXX and it's almost perfect design, I believe it was purposely designed by a being with unknown intentions.
** Director:** So you believe that SCP - XXXX was created by a “god” and it has a purpose.
Dr.██████: Well I'm not saying a “god”, but Im saying a being that has the potential of creating such a ring. How we found the ring makes me think that the ash pile it was found in might be the first person given SCP - XXXX, so he might have been given a task or was out to capture something.
Director: Ok, now what do you want me to do about SCP - XXXX?
Dr.██████: I don't need anything for SCP - XXXX. I need a specialized task force to search to see if there is more.
Director: I can't just give you a whole task force just to see if your hunch is right. It costs too much and we need our personnel in more important places.
Dr.██████: If SCP - XXXX was created there could easily be more. These other rings might be just as powerful if not far greater. If this is true it is with utmost priority that we find these rings to keep them away from people who will use them with malicious intent.
Director: Ok fine I will trust you this one time. I will supply you with several [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED].
