As of when the breach happened, I was a new Mobile Task Force trainee entering site-14.
When on the site tour in heavy containment, when I heard a faint screaming, getting louder and louder, soon enough a squadron of fully trained Mobile Task Force run past us, our trainer ask what happened, "SCP-096 HAS ESCAPED, EVACUATE!" In the distance we hear a door break down. I had been taught about SCP-096, (Commonly known as sky guy) how not to look at it, and that it was one of the most dangerous SCPs. Right at that moment I turn and bang my head into a wall, hard, Everything goes black……. Two Hours Later When I wake up, all I see is bodies and blood, I hear screaming 4 levels up. I remember that my trainer had a Level 5 card, with I could use to enter the communication room, which we were showed earlier. I don't see my trainer, but I do see the squadron leader he is on the ground, dead. I picked up a Mobile Task Force Captain Card. I reach the door on the comm room, knowing that I needed to contact Mobile Task Force, or someone who can. I hear something, I open the door, and I a see Mobile Task Force Sergeant, back turned and doesn't hear me, he could not get through the second door, and he says, under his breath, "I should have searched the captain." Then I say, "Sergeant?" In response the sergeant jumps, I realized he must be traumatized, "Who!?" He turns around. "Oh a cadet. I don't suppose you searched the captain?" "In fact I did." Hands him the card. We enter the room and contact the Mobile Task Force, "This is Mobile Task Force Sergeant Cutler, was it this time?" The sergeant says "We have a breach in site-14, SCP-096. All other Mobile Task Force are dead except me and a cadet, we need help the recontain him." "Dispatching 5 Mobile Task Force units now." Transition ends, the rest of it is a blur, when Mobile Task Force arrives, 2 of them enter in comm room, one of them says, "SCP-096 rendered containment, his cell is sealed, we also found no other survivors."
This all happened 7 years ago, I do not remember much of it.
If you want a more detailed report I can list the names of the Mobile Task Force units, and the Sergeant's number. After the base was cleaned up the Staff Sergeant was promoted to Captain, and when I completed my training I was made a Sergeant Master.
