Containment Procedures
SCP-4491 is contained in a large room which is 40M by 40M by 40M filled with cameras and covered with soundproof foam, one camera is inside of 4491 thanks to an incident were it broke one of the cameras stayed intact for about 2 seconds without shorting out. Even though all our attempts to stop it, SCP-4491 is a constant blur on cameras and if this blur goes away send in a Class-D or any personnel in the area who does not have LVL 2 access and make them shock it. If fail to do so SCP-4491 will divide into 3 large humanoid entities and all 3 will have to be shocked in sync if an instance of this occurs. If every form of SCP-4491 escapes they will form back into a meat cube and will cause all of their abilities to activate in a 100Km by 100Km but it will take approximately 1 hour to reform without being shocked and if they do reform outside of the facility shock them with 1000 to 1500 Volts and they will stop reforming and will turn into a gooey substance and must be placed in a large vat of Sodium Hydroxide and brought back to its chamber and will reform in 1 to 5 weeks.

SCP-4491 is a cube made with muscular tissue, calcium growths, eyes and a sticky raw meat like substance. When it is Observed with the naked eye it is not blurry, but if somebody views it with glasses on it is. If you try to Observe the SCP with any standard camera lens it will be blurry and with any high resolution lenses it is not blurry and can be observed. Many members of Foundation Personnel have tried to draw this SCP instead of taking a photographic image of the entity, but later it started to blur. If the person who has drawn it is in 5 metres of the picture they are turned into a blur like the entity of SCP-4491 and turn into an entity of 4491-04 which is a significantly smaller version of SCP-4491.

SCP-4491 Was Found in 1996 when small radioactive activity was found in the town of █████. There were three trails of liquid all around the town after they found red acidic pools. After inspecting the Foundation Decided to send in the CDC to investigate. There was a writing on the sign of the town reading ELECTRICITY GETS RID OFF IT. There were exposed wires in water all over the Town, Probably to disable the entities of SCP-4491. The CDC had no idea what this meant at the time, but later the message made sense.

The three entities that made up SCP-4491 were around the Town surrounding the CDC. 10 KIA s were confirmed that day in including the leader of team Epsilon-18 of the CDC. The reason SCP-4491 was able to be contained was because one of the Entities were walking into an electrified water pool and falling down. One of the CDC decided to lead all the entities into a large electrified pool and later informed the SCP Foundation to Collect SCP-4491.]

When SCP-4491 was found it had divided into its 3 counter parts which these three counter parts are:

4491-01 Which resembles a meat cube in the shape of a human estimated to be 7.8 metres tall which creates meat creatures which resemble humans that have large spikes coming from their mouth and fingers (which are called 4491-01-A) have been unsuccessfully terminated with a regular gun, but they can be terminated with either a flamethrower or an electrical baton after which they will turn into a bloody liquid.

4491-02 resembles a human that is estimated 2.7 metres tall which can control any personnel in a 15 meter radius if they here an alarm sound that rapidly echos from its mouth and stomach which somewhat resembles speakers. The only way to block out this noise are headphones and soundproof foam, if there isn't any headphones around shoot it in the head once which will temporarily stun it which will allow personnel to shock it.

4491-03 resembles a melted human which is estimated to be 3.9 metres tall which has a layer of an acid liquid that which is believed to be carbonate acid (which has a PH of -18) and can melt anything unless shocked which the liquid will evaporate ( but will turn into an acid gas so cool it down with liquid nitrogen and it will turn back into acid) and then shocked a second time to be contained. In fact if there is a Tesla Gate nearby it will be immediately be fully shocked and will be a gooey substance, unlike it being shocked twice normally, which must contained within a vat of Sodium Hydroxide an alkaline substance of a PH of 14 (if 4491-03 is contained normally it still must be placed into the vat of Sodium Hydroxide.

[If 4491-03 touches the ground outside of the facility where it is contained it may cause all grass around it to disappear and never come back and the radius it will effect is 55Km by 55Km]

After Testing with SCP-4491 we decided to interview the only D-Class out of 3 D-Classes that left 4491's Chamber

Foreword: [This Took Place After Testing with SCP-4491, D-55632 was the only D-Class that was given ear phones. Dr Fox was one of the viewers of the Testing, but he has glasses and couldn't exactly see what happened.]

Dr Fox: [So Could you Explain to me what exactly happened]

D-55632 [EVERYONE STARTED TO KILL EACH OTHER AND STARTED TO MELT DOCTOR! *D-55632 must of been traumatized by the experience as he shouted and sounded scared*]

Dr Fox: [Hey calm down its okay. You're safe now. Could you please repeat yourself?]

D-55632 [Ok, so when we went in everybody started to try to kill each other.]

Dr Fox: [Anything else D-55631?]

D-55632 [They also were moving closer to the meat thingy and when they did they started to scream and melt.]
Dr Fox: [Seems disturbing. Could you say what they looked like after that?]

D-55632 [No i cant remember. I don't know why.]

Dr Fox: [DR █████! CAN YOU COME IN HERE REAL QUICK?]

Dr █████ : [Hello Class-D. So Doctor Fox what do you need?]

Dr Fox [Alan i need you to tell me what happened to the Class-Ds after they touched SCP-4491]

Dr █████ : [They turned into a Reddish Blood liquid]

D-55632 [AHH HOLY ████ GUYS WHAT ARE YOU DOING]

Dr Fox: [Alan i think he's Having Flashbacks to the event]

Closing Statement: [D-55632 Was shot in the head before he could start to claw Dr Fox's eyes out. Dr Fox was given therapy sessions for 3 months after witnessing one of his friends Dr █████ die in front of him.]

*Notes After Further Testing**
If water is poured filling half of the chamber and is electrified 4491 will turn into a gooey cube substance and if it divides water is to be poured into its chamber unless 4491 has clogged up the water pipes with meat and bones.

If SCP-4491 is attempted to be evaporated in its gooey state it will form into a large 4491-03 and will be more slower but more powerful.

If SCP-4491 is subjected to any chemical reactions in its gooey state it will expand increasing in scale by 1.5.

Testing has been terminated on 4491 since the last time it was tested it built up its shock resistance to 2 shocks to be re-contained
