Special Containment Procedures: The entity must be contained in a 10 x 10 containment cell. The room temperature must be adjusted to -30°c or less for the entity. The containment must have no holes, windows, or openings. Only a 203.2 Cm Steel Door for entry. The Clearance Level needed to access the containment must be Lvl 3 or higher, and only Class C or higher personnel may have access. If needed Class D personnel may be permitted to enter if access is granted from any of the mentioned personnel. Aside from that anyone who disobeyed the given protocols will be terminated. In any case that the entity may escape the facility any civilian areas shall be cleared for the capture of the entity. MTF-Eta 10, and MTF-Epsilon 9 should be sent after the Entity. Once the entity is recovered it should be place in a Large CryoPod to avoid damaging the entity during transport.
Description: Scp-6896 is a sentient humanoid creature made out of ice resembling a 18 year old girl. This entity is primarily composed of Blue Ice, it has a very strong regenerative factor, it also shows basic emotions towards researchers. It is also self sustaining, it feeds off on oxygen and the entity shows weakness to high temperature, such weakness is shown when the entity was taken out of it's cell, it seems that it's regenerative factor is nullified when it is exposed to high temperature. The entity was found on Antarctica it resides in a small hut made from ice it was taken back to Site[Redacted] on 12/[Redacted]/01 for further analysis. Aside from strong regenerative factor and weakness to low temperature the entity has shown other abilities such as Cryokinesis, Hydrokinesis, and mimicry.
This abilities were presented when Dr.Ivan Roskowski interviewed the entity. At first the entity was docile but when one of the security personnel entered the containment the entity became enraged and released a wave of ice spikes impaling the guard and all the lights in the enclosure popped. After a few hours a security team of MTF-Epsilon 11 and 5 Foundation Guards we're dispatched. They found a puddle of water and blood and the unconscious Dr.Roskowski inside the containment. Suddenly the water formed into a rope and strangled 3 of the men then the unconscious Dr. Disintegrated and turned into the entity. Luckily they managed to close the steel doors quickly but on that day 5 men were killed. They soon learned that the reason of it's anger was because the guard had a lighter in him when he came inside.
Addendum: In any interviews that are to be made in the future with 6896 avoid bringing any objects that produce un natural heat. If in any case possible if 6896 does kill someone quickly remove the body to avoid a breach in containment. As of now 6896 Remains Docile, The entity must not be approached with any materials harboring heat, such as Electronics and other materials that produces heat, the entity seems to act like a child in it's docile state but when enraged it enters a sadistic state playing with victims enjoying the pain caused by the entity, the best way to subdue is to expose the entity onto any type of high temperature materials, if any case possible it doesn't work just run, avoid any type of liquid near the vicinity, the entity's maximum range of controlling the mentioned elements was specified to be 5.75 Km the entity also seems to be able to reform itself even if melted as soon as presented in a cold environment. Aside from the abilities to manipulate Liquids it was pointed out that 6896 can also make water clones that mimic any appearance 6896 chooses. As of now 1 of the mimics were recovered it is now called 6896-A, further testing with 6896-A shows that it has the ability to speak and act on its own, since it's too dangerous to let the mimic get near the entity it was relocated to Site[Redacted] now being contained in a 30m tank drained of water, the environment is based of a marsh swamp, moist dirt and fresh vegetation to avoid the mimic to have access to any Large bodies of water, under no circumstances there shouldn't be any liquid around the containment of 6896 and 6896-A for safety purposes.
