Special Containment Procedures: The object will be locked in Warehouse-004, Site-64, and they all must be secured in a 2.5m x 2.5m x 1.5m steel reinforced box, and may be only unlocked by personnel with security clearance of 3 or higher. All personnel who handle the SCP must have passed a check for mental health and stability before accessing the box. The SCP removed from the containers must be counted after opening and before closing (each to be referred as SCP-xxxx-01, SCP-xxxx-02, and continuing up in ascending order). There currently consists one hundred fifteen bottles, each having the size of 2 x 2 x 7.8 inches and a volume of 12 ounces. Removal of the SCP from the warehouse must be cleared by two personnel with security clearance of 3 or higher.
Description: SCP-xxxx, also known as “Beauty Water”, is a unknown type of liquid stored in a pink plastic container, reading “Beauty Water” on the front of each container. It was designed and released by the Japanese Company of ███. Its ingredients are unknown.
When mixed with water and applied to the skin, it turns into a clay-like substance which can be molded as desired. If left alone, it seems to automatically set itself. It has been able to, including but not limited to: increase and decrease body mass of the user, change their facial structure, change their body structure (both skeletal and muscular), change to the user's pigmentation of their skin, and “replace” broken skin and ligaments. It was also discovered that it can cause [REDACTED]. However, the mental state of the person remains unaffected, even when it shouldn’t be possible. While it was on sale within Japan, it seemed to gain a surprising amount of popularity due to its positive effects.
Discovery: SCP-xxxx came under the Foundation's attention after several reported cases in Japan of “melted people”, who were [REDACTED]. Local agents found that all of the victims had used SCP-xxxx shortly before. Mobile Task Force Alpha-4 was sent to intercept the company from sending out any more shipments of the product. Several hundred bottles of SCP-xxxx were destroyed in the process. All known items of the SCP are to be obtained immediately, and the owner of the object is to be given a class-A amnesiac, and the SCP to be brought to Warehouse-004, where it will be labeled and placed into the appropriate container.
Addendum 1:
First Test, 06/21/20██
Test subject is D-10912, a 27 year old Caucasian female of average build and appearance, as well as a psychological history of depression. Subject has a minimal record of [REDACTED]. Subject is assisted by Assistant Researcher Dr. Roberts.
One bottle of SCP-xxxx is brought out, and the contents mixed with water. Dr. Roberts applies the mixture to D-0912's face, and begins 'sculpting' the mixture.
30 minutes pass, and Dr. Roberts finishes working. The mixture is left to dry.
After another 30 minutes have passed, the mixture had properly dried. Tests determine that no changes have occurred to D-0912 except for aesthetic alterations, and the subject has maintained all normal functions, as well as an unaltered metal state. It is also found that the mixture has permanently altered her facial structure to how the mixture was molded.
D-0912 has given positive reaction to her new face, and the scientists overseeing the procedure also spoke positively on her appearance. D-0912 was reported to have a healthy and more positive mental state in the following week.

Test subject is D-9464, a 32 year old Hispanic make of muscular build and average appearance. He has an unremarkable psychological background. Subject is assisted by Assistant Researcher Dr. Roberts.
One bottle of SCP-xxxx is brought out, and the contents mixed with water. Dr. Roberts applies the mixture to D-0912's face, and is left alone to dry.
While the mixture is drying, the researchers observe that the mixture slowly
After 30 minutes pass and the mixture is finished drying, researchers find that the mixture somehow set itself, rather than settling as it was placed on his face.
Third Test, 07/13/20██
Test subject is D-12332, a 41 year old female of slightly larger build and below average appearance. She has an unremarkable psychological background. Subject assisted by Junior Assistant Researcher J. Owens.
Five bottles of SCP-xxx are brought out, the contents mixed with water and poured into a bathtub.
Subject was unclothed and placed into the bathtub.
30 minutes passed. No noticeable change occurred.
Once the subject exited the bathtub, it was found that her body was altered, and now was of average build. It was found that the subject had lost 20 kg of weight during the process, and no known mental altercations occurred.
Fourth Test, 07/25/20██
Test subject is D-8045, a 30 year old Filipino female of thin build and average appearance. She has an unremarkable psychological background. Subject is assisted by Junior Assistant Researcher J. Owens.
Five bottles of SCP-xxxx are brought out, the contents mixed with water and poured into a bathtub.
Subject was unclothed and placed into the bathtub.
30 minutes passed. No noticeable changes occurred.
The subject noted no change over the 2 hour test period.
After 2 hours, the subject was asked to step out of the bathtub. The subject was unable to leave the bathtub, instead fully submerging underwater. When two guards went over and pulled her out, it was found that [EXPUNGED]. The subject was fully conscious at this time, and never described feeling any pain.
All present at procedure were brought in for psychological therapy. Subject was terminated.
All testing involving SCP-xxxx will be put on hold until further notice. It's not for any safety concerns, but fuck, I think everyone needs a break after seeing those results. - Dr. Welden
