Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5123 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell within the confines of Area-███. A standard “single” size bed with linens, a small wooden study desk, a single non-specific wooden armchair, and various “dumbbells”/strengthening equipment are to be permitted into cell pending behavioral and psychological review/approval by Dr. Lawrence [DATA EXPUNGED].
No less than three (3) specialized security personnel are to be outside SCP-5123’s Containment Cell at all times, with one (1) additional security personnel monitoring the video/audio surveillance “desk” also outside the Cell.
During transport or containment maintenance (janitorial maintenance every 72 hours), SCP-5123 is to be secured with a Class-IV Humanoid Restriction Harness and no less than four specialized security personnel at any time it is outside of its Containment Cell. Also, as per order of Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-5123 is not to be transported or removed without Dr. Lawrence [DATA EXPUNGED] personally present.
In the event SCP-5123 is to become uncooperative and/or violent, Dr. Lawrence [DATA EXPUNGED] is to be considered “Temporary” Officer as per order [DATA EXPUNGED]. During this order (Code-Grey), all Security Level-3 personnel and lower are to adhere to the “Temporary” Officer’s commands until the code is redacted or incapacitation of the “Temporary” Officer. Class-A aerosol sedatives (exclusively Papaver somniferum-“Opium”) are approved to be used on SCP-5123, however, due to its anomalous properties SCP-5123 requires four times the amount required (approximately 80 grams) to incapacitate/terminate average humanoids affected by the chemical. This factor requires all personnel interacting in vicinity of SCP-5123’s Containment Cell to carry a [DATA EXPUNGED] air-filtrating respiration mask.
Although, SCP-5123 has not committed any violations to Foundation policies, staff, or property during its entire tenure of containment ([DATA EXPUNGED] years); SCP-5123 has a self-admitted extensive history of violence and has expressed introspection in “ability” to breach containment. With this knowledge, and its catalogued anomalous properties, it is required by Containment Committee Order A31-7.07 to strictly adhere to all of the Special Containment Procedures listed.
Description:
SCP-5123 is a humanoid entity, roughly 2.1 meters (7 feet) in length and 154.2 kilograms (340 pounds) that resembles a muscular African American/Middle-Eastern male, however, with almost Neanderthal or Cro-Magnon features (wide yet stout nose, increased arm/leg hair amount and density, increased bone mass/density, etc.). SCP-5123 has long matted black hair on its head, green eyes, and no visible scars or blemishes save a single inverted “V” shaped scar over its left eye. SCP-5123 consistently dawns specially sized “Containment Jumpsuits” when in or outside of its Containment Cell, however, since re-classed (Thaumiel) SCP-5123 has been recorded wearing a customized Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED]-13 uniform/gear.
SCP-5123 has extensive knowledge of all of human history, sciences, tactics, cultures, and some knowledge of its own species history before containment. SCP-5123 is fluent in a large amount of current and ancient languages including but not limited to; English, Spanish, German, Russian, Mandarin, Congolese, Arabic, Ancient Sumerian, Latin, Ancient Egyptian, various Native American, and a language SCP-5123 refers to as quote “The Prime Language”. SCP-5123 will interact any language that it knows fluently, but will request English as SCP-5123 feels “comfortable” in that language.
While highly intelligent, anomalous, and substantially more evolved for survival, SCP-5123 behavioral patterns and psychology is not incredibly different than a human or other sapient species. SCP-5123 requires the same biological necessities as other mammalian sapient humans, however quantities vary each need. SCP-5123 enjoys socializing with personnel and other SCP’s it encounters, personal exercise/training, and reading text and writings of any and all subjects/matters but mostly warfare, history, and science.
SCP-5123 is claimed to belong to an early, unknown or misinterpreted form of Homosapien tribes it refers to as “The Primal”, that according to SCP-5123 were far more built for survival than their sapient relatives. According to SCP-5123 it remembers the Earth while the early humanoid tribes were quote “new”, and gained its anomalous properties when it was “abducted” and experimented on in unknown ways by some type of extraterrestrial entities (The Foundation theorizes it was the work of [DATA EXPUNGED] or [DATA EXPUNGED]) then returned to its species habitat. Certain anomalous properties of SCP-5123 were initially unknown even to SCP-5123 itself until 11/05/19██ while working with Dr. Lawrence [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-5123 has to date never attempted escape, committed violence or insubordination toward personnel, or failed to surrender to reclamation when on sanctioned [DATA EXPUNGED] operations/missions by [DATA EXPUNGED]. Dr. Lawrence [DATA EXPUNGED] has noted how easily SCP-5123 could potentially terminate personnel and/or breach its containment, though, it seems SCP-5123 is content aiding Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED]-13 and remaining contained within The Foundation facilities provided he is treated with quote “Respect and integrity”.
Addendum 5123.1: Discovery NOTE: SCP-5123 was initially a unclassified “rumor” within The Foundation for approximately [DATA EXPUNGED] years, and possibly even more outside of The Foundation’s knowledge due to records by the [DATA EXPUNGED] civilization of a quote “Legendary man-beast who protects us all.”.
SPC-5123 on date ██ / ██ /19██ had been mistaken as a possible http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1000 sighting in [DATA EXPUNGED], Israel. As a M.T.F. (Mobile Task Force) responded to a Code-[DATA EXPUNGED] of a reported multiple SCPs engaged in physical combat with one another, Capt. Sigurd Hobbes confirmed to witness the single SCP-5123 was not a SCP-1000 and was physically harming/terminating multiple quote “vampire-looking” anomalies (hereby known as SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED].Classification: Neutralized). After single-handedly terminating the remainder of the SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED] while human civilians in the village were fleeing behind SCP-5123, the M.T.F. team then approached cautiously. Weapons drawn and given orders to comply, SCP-5123 raised its appendages and surrendered without incident. Following its securement and containment SCP-5123 was interviewed (complete debrief audio/document file: Interview 2-5123), then scientifically tested voluntarily for 72 hours following Interview 2-5123 (complete testing file: SCP-5123-T). The results of SCP-5123-T1 through ███ as well as Interview 2-5123 determined SCP-5123’s Object Classification (Euclid) and Special Containment Procedures by order of Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED].
