Special Containment Procedures: SCP ### is to be kept in a locked room that resembles the anechoic chamber at Orfield Laboratories, 50 meters underground. The surrounding walls are several meters in thickness and are made out of foam to prevent any sound from coming out. No females are allowed into the containment chamber and only level 3 personnel are allowed in and must be using high class sound cancelling headphones at all times. Any type of sound recorder is not allowed within a 30 meter radius of the containment site.

Description: SCP ### seems to resemble a regular teddy bear. The origins of SCP ### are currently unknown. The location that it was recovered from was inside a house in █████████████ with a dead body next to it that has died of blood loss. The body was male and it had its genitals ripped out. Upon testing, SCP ### seems to talk and says phrases like "where's my balls," and "give me my dick back," and other phrases and variations that are related. Any living being that has genitals were to hear such phrases from SCP ###, has their genitals ripped out and it is unknown how exactly. If the victim isn't taken care of, they will die of blood loss. If the living being doesn't have genitals (ex. females), they just die upon listening to these phrases. The genitals that are ripped out go inside SCP ### and it is unknown where they go from there. Every destruction attempts of SCP ### have failed and further testing of SCP ### are on hold.
