Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in an underground facility in rural China inside a standard humanoid containment cell.

No cameras, cell phones, or photographic devices of any kind are allowed within the facility. Any person found to carry one, especially with intent to photograph SCP-XXXX, will be terminated immediately.

At least 3 individuals who meet the Wayne-Bobbit classification¹ are to be kept on the facility at all times. Once per day, an individual who meets the Wayne-Bobbit classification must visually confirm SCP-XXXX is still contained in its cell. In the event of the concurrent deaths of all Wayne-Bobbit classified members at the site, the site director may designate a Class-D personnel to undergo the Wayne-Bobbit procedure².

No further experimentation on SCP-XXXX is allowed. In the case that SCP-XXXX needs to be relocated, refer to Relocation Procedure S-6697.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be an Eastern asian male in his early 30s, 175 cm in height.

When a person makes physical contact with the entity, or makes visual contact with the entity’s sexual organs³, SCP-XXXX produces a series of anomalous effects. The effects are as follows:

1. The disappearance of both the entity and the individual, for exactly one second.
2. The reappearance of the entity and the individual, with their locations switched. This occurs simultaneously with effects 3 and 4.
3. The death of the individual.⁴
4. The complete removal of the individual’s nipples and sexual organs, replaced by a smooth mounds of skin.

These effects will also occur if visual contact is made through use of a photograph or electronic device.

Although anomalous effect #4 results in the removal of the individual’s nipples, nipples are not a necessary component to initiate the interaction, and individuals without nipples⁵ have been documented to initiate the anomalous effects. Individuals without sexual organs, however, cannot initiate the interaction. The first individual to successfully look at the entity’s genitals without dying was a D-Class personnel who, as a child, stepped on a landmine and lost most of their lower half, and as a result, had no sexual organs.

Now known as the Wayne-Bobbit classification, individuals who meet this qualification are integral to the observation and containment of SCP-XXXX. They can freely look at its genitals and touch it without risking death.

SCP-XXXX has indicated no capacity for speech, and has shown minimal response to outside stimuli. It requires no food or water to sustain itself. When not confined, it will walk forwards, tending to follow human-made paths and roads. If SCP-XXXX’s path is blocked by an inanimate object, it will retrace its steps until a new path is found. If it is blocked by a human, it will stand in place, making no attempt to move past them.

According to the Wayne-Bobbit classified individuals who have seen them, SCP-XXXX’s genitals are of average shape and size.

Since SCP-XXXX will follow whichever path is in front of it, and will, given the opportunity, avoid human touch, a coordinated team can form a circle around SCP-XXXX, and control its movement.

At least one Wayne-Bobbit classified individual should accompany from outside the circle at all times, to monitor the entity and ensure no contact is made.

It is required that non-Wayne-Bobbit classified individuals face away from the entity while forming the circle. All steps should be taken to obscure SCP-XXXX from sight whenever possible. In practice, even individuals with high levels of executive control struggle to not glance at SCP-XXXX’s genitals.
