Event Description: Between 5:55 AM and 5:55 PM UTC+05:00, a file spontaneously appeared in the SCP Database under the data entry SCP-5000. The attribution for the file revealed no Foundation credentials available, and any history of editing access was empty, despite multiple revisions occurring. Following 5:55 PM UTC+05:00, the file occupying SCP-5000 then spontaneously disappeared from the database.

The anomaly described in the SCP-5000 file was unable to be found, and is currently believed to be a fabrication.

Despite the dimensional difference between SCP-5000 and the surrounding the reality, subjects are able to perceive SCP-5000 as a fifth dimensional object. Likely as a result of this visual and mental anomaly, visuals observing SCP-5000 are often left with psychological trauma.

Subjects exposed to SCP-5000 subsequently begin to describe . In addition, subjects begin to show doubt in the authenticity of Abrahamic religions, citing that they are a "cover-up".
