Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX has officially breached containment (See addendum XXXX.4) and cannot be fully contained as of right now.
The entire State of Wyoming and it’s vicinities must be evacuated. MTFs such as Theta-4 “The gardeners” and Epsilon-9 “Fire eaters” are to remain in on the borders of Wyoming to prevent the exist of SCP-XXXX-1 instances; squads from Theta-4 and Epsilon-9 will be sent inside the perimeter to terminate any SCP-XXXX-1 instance they find.
Description:SCP-XXXX is an highly intelligent parasite capable of infecting any living being on Earth. Upon infecting plants it will take it as a host and re-shape it to a humanoid or animal form; the parasite possesses a semantic memory which gives it the ability to remember the form of anything it sees. The infected plants will be called SCP-XXXX-1 instances. In case of human infection, the subject will experience distress, hallucinations, pain, breathing difficulties, heart attack or a non lethal stroke which leaves the subject in a vegetative state till death; no cure has been found yet.
Addendum XXXX.4:After Harvest n.108, “The Perimeter” experienced a massive SCP-XXXX-1 instanced outbreak which caused the loss of communication with the laboratory. Dr.Mitchell sent the request for AMTFs to be deployed.
INCIDENT XXXX-1
Foreword:The Perimeter lab experienced an SCP-XXXX outbreak which brought to a loss of communications. Three MTF teams were sent: Alpha 1-Nu-7, Delta 2-Theta-4 and Beta 1-Epsilon-9. The mission log is from Delta 2’s prospective.

*Delta 2 deploys, and immediately explores the Western side of the wall.

D2-3:All I detect on the heat sensor is us,Alpha and Beta…possibly no survivors.
D2-1:Well then, let’s try not to join the bunch.
D2-3:Wait…I detected something…

A1-1:this is Alpha 1-1. We’re entering the lab, still no hostiles, how about you?

D2-1:This is Delta. We engaged 4 of them outside the perimeter, I repeat: they are outside the perimeter; watch your backs out there.
D2-3:Sir, do we move to the Eastern side?
D2-1:Yes, we’re going now.

*Delta relocates to the eastern side of the perimeter.*

D2-4:There’s 10 hostiles in the area…I suggest we take them by surprise.

*The team is attacked by half a dozen SCP-XXXX-1 instances from behind. The team tries to contact Alpha but they do not get to them in time. The instances pass the parasite to the soldiers. 13 minutes after infection Delta team regroups with Alpha, which they do still recognise, and ask them to open fire on themselves; Alpha complies and carries on the mission.

Conclusion:The Perimeter area was destroyed, and only 4 researchers out of 20 survived, however, the parasite was able to get far enough the spread in the entire Wyoming region. The SCP was officially considered Priority one.
Addendum XXXX.5:Although highly debated, yet another failure in the containment of SCP-XXXX might lead to an XK-class-End of The World-Scenario.
