Special Containment Procedures: Select culinary personnel are to be trained in performing SCP-XXXX. Use of SCP-XXXX may be requested by containment/guard personnel and approved by at least one Level 2 personnel. If SCP-XXXX is to be employed, containment/guard personnel are to use the approved phrase "Big lads on scene" in order to administer the primary anomalous effect.

Reports of SCP-XXXX being practiced outside of Foundation control are to be investigated and tracked by MTF Lambda-14 ("One Star Reviewers").

Description: SCP-XXXX is a culinary preparation technique first developed by Michael Wiggenbottom (PoI-XXXX-Alpha) for personal use. The technique involves a combination of fourteen common kitchen tools, including a knife, a ladle, two types of gravy boat, and a potato masher, alongside the use of several kinetoglyphs¹ commonly associated with low-grade memetic effects.

Subjects informed that a meal is being prepared for them utilising SCP-XXXX will invariably succumb to a state of near-catatonia, becoming largely unresponsive to external stimuli and answering questions in laconic fashion. This period of low activity will not trigger if the subject is not informed they are being served a special meal. Testing has yet to conclusively prove if this effect is retrocausal in nature, however it has confirmed that the effect does not manifest if the subject does not for whatever reason receive a dish prepared using SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX's effects have not been observed to manifest on subjects incapable of understanding they are being served a specially prepared meal.

By a XX to YY vote by the containment committee, SCP-XXXX has been approved for deployment in various situations to partially restrain persons of interest without the need for direct physical intervention.
