Item # SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored inside a vanilla folder and locked in a fire-proof safe within Site-43's media archive. The lock combination is changed parodically every two weeks, only level two researchers and above allowed to interact with SCP-XXXX. All SCP-XXXX affected media is to be recorded and submitted to the project head before each test concludes.

All proposals involving cross-testing SCP-XXXX with anomalous media is currently pending.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a set of six custom-made stickers (designated SCP-XXXX-A through F) resembling those of rating labels utilized by the film industry. Other than possessing the ability to not lose adhesion after multiple uses and self-repairs itself if damaged, it lacks any additional physical anomalies.

When an instance of SCP-XXXX is placed onto any form of media (Movies, books, video games etc.) the physical appearance and the contents of the media will be altered drastically, corresponding to the SCP-XXXX instance. Examples of alterations included: The additional or removal of curse words in dialogue, adding to or censoring any scenes featuring gore and nudity, and changing or completely removal of certain plot elements. All effects are reversed with the removal of the attached SCP-XXXX instance.

The Foundation was alerted to potential anomalous activity occurring on the popular forum board website, Parawatch after a user made claims he owned something "legit magical". The user then described SCP-XXXX and claimed he came to acquired the anomaly after doing some spring-cleaning under the stairs, discovering its anomalous properties by accident. After verifying the claims, the post was taken down with agents being sent to the user's home afterwards. SCP-XXXX was then taken into custody with the user being administered Class-A amnestics.

Below are excerpts from the SCP-XXXX test log. To see the full list contact the current project head, Dr. Nicholas Cann.

Media Rating SCP-XXXX Instance Result Notes
Return of the Jedi (1983) PG XXXX-5 (unrated) The film proceeds as usual until the Super Star Destroyer Executor is destroyed at the Battle of Endor, at which point the narrative is interrupted by half an hour of additional scenes depicting thousands of Imperial troops and officers dying fiery deaths. The film briefly resumes before being interrupted again by twenty minutes of footage depicting significant Ewok casualties on the forest moon, and once more by over an hour of footage depicting hundreds of thousands of deaths when the second Death Star is destroyed. The triumphant "Ewok Celebration and Finale" theme is missing; the film's final scenes and credits play to a silent soundtrack. ?
The Very Hungry Caterpillar (1969) N/A XXXX-2 (PG rating) The storyline of the book was almost identical, with the exception of an additional page of the caterpillar vomiting behind a picnic basket. The narrator then states if the caterpillar didn't "shovel crap into its mouth and ate a salad once in a damn while" then it wouldn't be in its current predicament. ?
The Spongebob Squarepants Movie (2004) PG XXXX-3 (PG-13 rating) The film diverged from usual upon reaching the goofy goober scene. The establishment depicted is now a karaoke bar with attractive female fish bartenders attending to the guests. Spongebob and Patrick become inebriated and singing with the addition of several profanities to the crowd. When King Neptune confronts Mr. Krabs about the stolen crown, instead of freezing him he instead has him arrested and scheduled to be put to death by hanging unless Spongebob retrieves the crown. Plankton's dictatorship is shown to be more vicious, with added scenes of implied torture, executions and brutal forced labor being inflicted on civilians failing to meet the standards placed by his regimen. The film ends with the citizens of Bikini Bottom being freed and Plankton being given capital punishment and executed by being stomped repeatedly into the ground until expiring. None
Manhunt 2 (2007) AO XXXX-1 (G rating) Instead of taking place in at Dixmor Asylum, the game begins with Daniel Lamb walking from a slumber party wondering where he could find Leo, his favorite stuffed animal. Daniel Lamb eventually uncovers that his stuffed animal was a result as of an attempt of The Project to create the perfect toy to achieve global domination. Daniel puts a stop to The Project's goals and is reunited with Leo. All violence and executions in gameplay has been replaced with excessive ticking to make enemies go to sleep. All characters are as the same age prior to being affected by SCP-XXXX-1 ?
Jaws (1985) PG XXXX-4 (R rating) No apparent change. ?
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003) PG-13 XXXX-6 (X rating) Every scene depicting members of the main cast engaging in tender platonic dialogue has been replaced with one depicting a sexual act involving the same characters. These seventeen additional scenes increase the runtime to such an extent that the Blu-Ray disc's storage capacity is exceeded, and the film ends abruptly during a group orgy in the Minas Tirith Houses of Healing. ?

And here is where the "go to next iteration of document would be. I don't know how to add that part in, but I'll put the link here to make it easier."
