Description: scp-4970 was created in a lab during the breach of 1958 and is a cross breed of several anomalous insects that are yet to be declassified. it has four (4) 2 meter long arms two (2) 1 meter long legs. its head has three (3) spikes on the back¹, a unhinging beak like jaw, and forked tongue². it also has a appetite for metal along with usual foods. it's anomalous effect is that by looking into its eyes for prolonged periods of time will often make test subjects stop moving see experiment log 4970/1

Test A - 1958

Subject: D-9088
Procedure: the subject was sent into scp-4970's containment area where the ssubject was instructed to look into its eyes when he done so he started to have feelings of hysteria and psychosis.
Results: when two guards where sent to retrive the subject they where attacked and causing then to retaliate and I'll the subject
Analysis: scp-4970 is able to drive people to insanity just like the 05 command predicted

Co-author needed to make it better (because let's face it seems like a horible ripoff that needs to be fixed)
