Special Containment Procedures: As of this writing, SCP-4202 is in full control of its effects; as such, containing it onsite would violate North Carolina Anomalous Persons Privacy¹ law 4-C6-NC, and is prohibited. SCP-4202's residence is monitored by three members of Site-42 Offsite Response² at least thrice weekly with SCP-4202's knowledge.

As SCP-4202 travels frequently for work, MTFs Alpha-32 ("Highway Patrol") and Lambda-12 ("Kinkshamers") are assigned to monitor SCP-4202's various social media accounts for announcements of travel or plans to attend local events; events attended by SCP-4202 are also to be attended by at least two undercover operatives of one or both task forces. If at any point its effects become uncontrollable in a manner with “the potential to affect physical objects, physical laws, and/or living organisms within a reasonably close range of the effect’s source” (as defined in NC APP 4-C6-NC ¶A), SCP-4202 is to be immediately detained for a period of at least six months.

Because SCP-4202 is a legal resident of North Carolina, it is protected under these parameters in all 50 states and US foreign embassies under Federal State Reflection Initiative A-45 (2020). Violation of this protocol will result in federal intervention with the operation(s) in question.

SCP-4202 is required³ to spend a 24-hour period under observation at Site-42 starting at 18:00 on the first Monday of each month; during this period, and due to the fact that SCP-4202 is cooperative, personnel are reminded that it is legally a civilian and should be treated as such when on Foundation property.

In the highly unlikely event that SCP-4202 does not continue to contain its own effects, refer to the following table. Remain aware that the results specified are based upon records and probability only, and serve only as an estimate; circumstantial judgement should be exercised. In the event of full containment failure, proceed with standard Type A STHA breach procedures.

In most cases, reality destabilizes on a linear scale outward from the source at a rate of 50% every 5 meters. Kant counters should be used to ensure accuracy and safety. Numbers and calculations provided are based upon assumption that the device in use is fewer than 2.5 meters from the source and SCP-4202 is exhibiting standard levels; to obtain a truly accurate assessment, use the following equations, wherein x is device output, y is the surrounding Hume measurement, and z is the anomaly's internal Hume measurement (3-8 Hm higher than the reading taken directly on surface of skin; use surface reading as internal in most cases).

Description: SCP-4202 refers to a 33-year-old Hispanic-American male named Richard Gonzalez II, born in Las Vegas, Nevada and a resident of Wilmington, North Carolina. SCP-4202 is a Type A Class V Scranton-Type Human Anomaly with extensive reality-altering effects, including but not limited to the ability to construct physical objects with a high degree of realism from seemingly no materials, manually destabilize reality to a Hume level of almost 0 for extended⁴ amounts of time, and create localized reality construct crossover events at will.⁵

SCP-4202 owns and operates Gonzalez Thrill-Seeking, LLC, and primarily markets its services online. The company offers patrons "unlimited, fully customizable thrill-seeking adventure" in a market similar to that of escape rooms and private tours of dangerous areas. SCP-4202 is willing to travel anywhere in the continental United States⁶, charges between $150 and $4000 per session depending on travel expenses, and requires that all clients be 18 years of age or older for legal reasons. SCP-4202 discloses that it is anomalous, and details that it is through anomalous methods that it is capable of providing its services; patrons are required to sign multiple waivers for this purpose.

History: SCP-4202 claims that it was inspired to start its business in 2013, when it read an article about a "professional kidnapping" business oriented toward thrill-seekers gaining significant traction in Detroit, Michigan; it then spent the next seven years pooling funds to open its business, and did so in 2020 when North Carolina became the first of many US states to instate Anomalous Persons Privacy laws.

When not booked for appointments, SCP-4202 frequents BDSM community social events in the Las Vegas and coastal NC areas, typically advertising itself as a "professional Dominant". For details, see Addendum II.

Yes, I'm a professional Dominant, and purveyor of thrill-seeking experiences. I am also a Class V reality bender. A god, after a fashion. Creating matter, space, time, shaping it, collapsing it, yes, I can do all that. I've been able to do that ever since I was a child. Yeah, child. I grew up knowing about my potential. My parents didn't always know what to do with it. Scared them shitless, really, and I can't blame them. But you know, I'm still human. I had all those attachments, love for Mom and Dad, grew up learning about Jesus and Mary and Joseph, loving my mom's enchiladas, all that. Back then, yeah, I had my powers, but I didn't really think about what that meant, and most days, I just let myself live comfortably at home. Thank God my parents loved and protected me then. Thank God.

Because I wasn't nearly as loved at school. I didn't really understand what the other kids were going through. They'd talk about their interests, I hadn't heard of half of them. They'd talk about their problems, I hadn't heard of any of them. First kid that shoved me into the dirt on the playground? That was bizarre. I didn't even think of the possiblity of violence yet. I didn't… Okay, this is hard for me to admit, but yeah, I know I gotta if I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. I pushed him away. It was just other matter, other space. We all just finished recess and went back to class like nothing ever happened. I never saw him again. I think the janitor threw him in the trash. He did land in a pile of dog shit.

But yeah, I guess that did make things difficult. You know, when you realize you're dreaming, and suddenly, you can just change everything around? Nothing really matters once you know you're dreaming. Nothing really matters when nothing matters. I guess I dissociated some during this time. It wasn't so much that I was hurting people, as much as I just didn't care. When you can just eat what you want when you want it, when you can just chuck anything you don't want? You just don't really care anymore. Like playing a videogame with all the cheat codes on. What's the point? I got bored. Lonely. Cut off. You start wondering if you should just turn some of the codes off so that you might actually enjoy a challenge sometime.

But I hit puberty, and I'm still human, and my body starts changing, my brain starts seeing things differently. I mean, yes, there was Angelica. All the guys wanted Angelica. But I mean, I didn't bother her. You know my first love? Ariel. The mermaid. I'd pluck her out of the screen, we'd have some fun together, talk at night for hours, and I could just get rid of her when my parents wondered what I was up to in my room. And like, I never had to worry about anything, because it was Ariel, it's not like she actually existed, right? And if I wanted to play with her when she didn't have a voice, or when she was still a mermaid and couldn't stand up and stuff, yeah, I could, and she'd be cool with that. And maybe I'd borrow Rapunzel's hair, or get Elsa to stick her in an ice cube? Why not? I figured out a bunch of interesting things to do.

Now, Ariel was always up for it. Of course she was, she was just whatever I wanted. So like, one day, I asked Angelica if she wanted to try squirming free from Rapunzel's hair while I kept her voice in a locket. She punched me and ran, and I got into a lot of trouble. I thought, I don't have to put up with this, I can just make it happen, I can just make Angelica want it, but then… I remembered the kid and thought maybe I'd end up tossing her in the trash, too, and I didn't want that. I think, though, the big thing that shocked me was that Angelica didn't respond like Ariel. She didn't respond the way I expected. She wasn't some person stuck in my dream world. And that, the way she spurned me, I realized that I'm not actually alone in this world. There are others, other thoughts, other ideas, other whole people running around. And I noticed… I didn't feel lonely anymore. I didn't have to stay trapped in my own head all the time. There's a whole world of other people out there, and that was so wonderful.

The thing is, yeah, I can make people do what I want. Heck, I can just plain literally make people. But there's no challenge in that. There's nothing that makes me see me accomplish anything when I do that. It's by making people who have other thoughts, other desires, when I can give them what they want, that's the good stuff. That's the challenge I need in the world. So, yeah, that's why I'm going into professional thrill-seeking. Escape rooms. BDSM scenes. Because that's where real things happen. And like, I don't need the money, I can just make what I need, but money matters to all y'all, and so when people want to pay me for these things to happen? That's the good stuff. That's how I know I'm delivering. I'll probably send it all to a charity someday. Not sure yet.

But so, I love it when people admit to me what they're really into. Yeah, a lot of it is sexual. Of course it is. Sex is taboo because we get really emotional about it. So, anything else that's weird or embarrassing has this way of becoming inherently sexual, too. Admitting your most freakish desires is intimate, opening yourself up to touch all those bits of you that make you you.

And you know what? A lot of people want to be Ariel.
