Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-A are currently located at Humanoid Containment Site-06-3. SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid holding cell, modified to be soundproof. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a separate holding cell from SCP-XXXX-A. The holding cell must be sealed with a door fitted with an electromagnetic lock, that can only be unlocked using an █████ digit code. SCP-XXXX must be kept from SCP-XXXX-A unless given permission by at least two Level 3 personnel and only being used for research purposes.
SCP-XXXX is not to be spoken to for more than 30 minutes while SCP-XXXX is not touching SCP-XXXX-A, or over than 5 minutes while SCP-XXXX is in direct contact with SCP-XXXX-A. If the following time limits are exceeded, then it is likely that any subject exposed to its speaking will be affected by SCP-XXXX’s cognitohazardous properties. All personnel that must enter the containment area of SCP-XXXX must wear sound-canceling headphones. Anyone that must come in contact with SCP-XXXX whilst in possession of SCP-XXXX-A is suggested to avoid any of SCP-XXXX’s attempts at establishing physical contact with them.
Persons affected by SCP-XXXX are to be designated SCP-XXXX-1 and are to be held in a separate humanoid holding cell. The total count of SCP-XXXX-1s should not exceed one. In the case this does occur, all but one must be neutralized unless given permission from two or more Level 3 class personnel. SCP-XXXX-1 should be used to test for possible methods of reversing SCP-XXXX’s cognitohazard.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a human male approximately 1.65 meters in height, and weighing 61.2 kilograms. It appears to be 18 years of age, though SCP-XXXX’s true age is unknown. SCP-XXXX has been seen to age at a similar rate to a normal human. It is commonly seen wearing a red cloak, moving about crowded areas and conversing with humans. It commonly refers to itself as "█████”, suggesting this is SCP-XXXX’s true name. SCP-XXXX was found near ██████████, █████ Carolina at a Revolutionary Communist Party Rally.
SCP-XXXX is a cognitohazard, with the property to drastically change the ideals of any sentient being it comes in physical contact or talks with. It seems that SCP-XXXX prefers to convert others into Marxist-Leninist-Maoists. SCP-XXXX has been shown to enhance its powers with a pair of black and red headphones, designated SCP-XXXX-A. Without SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX is rendered incapable of using its cognitohazardous touch, but its speech has still proven to be, although weaker, a cognitohazard.
Multiple SCP-XXXX-1s have been seen congregating bi-weekly meetings that discuss the replacement of the current United States government with a communist state. Few demonstrations of hostility have been seen from any group of SCP-XXXX-1s other than during Incident-XXXX-01 (see Addendum-XXXX-1), which led to the eventual discovery and containment of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 has only been observed in the US and it is unknown how citizens of other countries are affected.

*Incident-XXXX-01|Communist Revolt:*
In ██████████, █████ Carolina on ██/██/████, an unexpected communist revolt occurred led by SCP-XXXX. At the time of the revolt, the Foundation was unaware of SCP-XXXX's existence and its anomalous abilities. The revolt came to the attention of the Foundation when Agent █████ went rogue and joined the revolt, which led to a recovery team being sent in to retrieve the rogue operative. An hour passed, and the recovery team never arrived at the rendezvous, but had also joined in on the revolt. The sudden change in the recovery team’s motives made it obvious that an anomalous force was behind the revolt.

In █████████, █████ Carolina on ██/██/████, subject D-39744 was unknowingly introduced to and affected by SCP-XXXX. At first, nothing about him seemed unnatural. However, over time he began to quietly mumble on occasion. He recently began becoming much more argumentative about other people's opinions, and in rare occasions, violent, which also slowly became more common. At this point he began disappearing for certain periods of time before Agent ██████ located D-39744 at a revolt located at [EXACT COORDINATES REDACTED].
