Well, you are now finally needed and it's time to get on with the job. In as quick as a rundown as possible, we are out here to continue to secure, contain and protect the human race from the anomalous that we might find out here."
As the doctor leaves he stops for a second before throwing you a card. "Welcome to Mobile Command Kappa."

O5-1
1 was worried. This in itself was a rare occurrence but why it was being prompted was rarer. Somehow through anomalous causes or not humanity had gone under foundation radar and invented FTL. This, however, was not the main reason for O5-1's worry that was, in fact, the belief that the veil protocol had been breached and was no longer in place. To try and quickly gain control of the spread of this information he called O5-3 to quickly set up a council meeting with hopefully all the members.
O5-2
2 had been busy at the time of the news and found out too late to try and gain control of the situation in his local area. Just 3 minutes later his video monitor started responding to the power-up signal from Site-01 in the hope that it could hold a council meeting.
O5-3
3 after receiving the call from O5-1 was starting to rush around Site-01 to prepare the council chambers for the emergency discussions and many votes that would take place following the start of the fix to prevent a broken masquerade scenario. He finally after briefing the Site on the matter at hand quickly took his seat at the table of the council and prepared to start the video call for all the members that couldn't reach the chambers.

4 had heard the news and was busy trying to organize MTF's and disinformation assets to gain control and deny the existence of FTL travel. A short while after he started trying to dissuade information on the topic the video monitor started to power up signifying a council meeting.

5 opened the door to the council room and hurridly took his seat alongside O5-3. "Morning 1," he said trying to keep a clear mind on the problems he had at hand.

6 woke up in the middle of the night to his phone ringing, which was odd considering that only two people had his number and there was nothing major he thought they would need him for now. As he flicked it open to check the message he saw the first part only and jumped out of bed quicker than many thought a human could and ran out of his quarters down the hall towards the council chambers. This left his phone turned on lying on his bed with the text "Potential Broken Masquerade, FTL invented," facing towards the ceiling.

7 was quickly checking lists upon lists of her informants looking for any clue of the development of FTL that she had potentially overlooked in her summary reports or missed details that could have related to it. Having decided that it was not a fault of her intelligence gathering. She prepared to turn on her monitor and address the council about her findings.

8 had been on his way to Site-08 with his factorums when the alert went out and immediately turned around and started speeding back to Site-01 to attend the meeting from the council chambers. He arrived with a greeting to 3 and 5 and quickly took his seat before getting his things into order and preparing for the coming meeting.

9 watching one of his pet projects when his factorum came for him. He walked calmly from the room and down the stairs towards, his study to accept the video call and decide on what to do with the situation they found themselves in.

10 had known this was coming, The archivist was the only one to know everything that had happened in the other universes, and this time he was going to act accordingly and vote right to stop the activation of the bloom. He calmly walked down the stairs towards the council chambers giving out a few orders to prepare his decision upon the matter.
O5-11
11 was up late writing a dossier for the ethics committee to review and decide on new procedures for several humanoid SCP's. When the alert came through the intercom she quickly put on some clothes and walked to the chamber since her study was so close to it.
O5-12
12 was inspecting Site-19 though none of the people around him apart from 2 members of MTF Alpha-1 "Red right hand" new that, after being informed about the impending problem he quickly took control of one of the many on-site theatres and motioned for the MTF Alpha-1 members to guard the doors and not let anyone in.

13 had already been informed by ten and was sitting in the chamber just around the corner watching as 3, 5, 8, 10 and 11 entered all in different stages of panic. She walked forward slowly before claiming her seat at the table and waiting for ten's proposition.

As the video monitors were connecting to the council chamber, O5-1 started to prepare his speech about the current situation that the Foundation found itself in. Just as 1 was about to start his planned speech 10 shook his head signalling to 1 that he would like to start the meeting himself.
"You should all know why we are gathered here and what the current problems facing us are, however for the record I will repeat the reasons for this emergency meeting, Humanity has somehow through anomalous means or not developed FTL travel capable of escaping the Solar system and being repeated, this represents a threat to the survival of the veil protocol and the foundations, ability to contain the anomalous and protect humanity from the dangers presented by the anomalous. We are gathered here today to decide what to do with the potential loss of the veil protocol and dangers presented to humanity by the invention of reusable FTL travel."
After 10 had concluded his speech 1 began the formal process of the council. "First of thank you Ten, now with the situation that we are presented with does anyone have any propositions that we can vote upon?"
2 immediately spoke up "I would like to lay the proposition of breaking the veil and revealing the foundation to all of the human race to better protect them and have more of a hand in securing the anomalous and stopping knowledge about it from spreading."
10 listened in the full to 2's proposal before speaking up "I would like to counter 2's proposal and offer that we maintain the veil protocol and set up a site alongside any major FTL ships that are set to leave the system so that we can still contain the anomalous and protect humanity while not limiting the growth and improvement of technology."
A period of five minutes passes with no other proposals put forward.
"I believe it is time that we vote on 2 and 10's proposals," said 1
Proposal: Break down the veil protocol and cooperate in order to gain control of FTL technology.

SCP-XXXX is not to be allowed in any test relating to the use of Personnel other than Field Agent █████ see Test Log B for further information. The use of SCP-XXXX has to be approved by the Mobile Task Force Commander and at least 1 O5. Field Agent █████ is currently the only trained Field Agent able to successfully use SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to hold the mass of a solid steel beam before each deployment.
Description: SCP XXXX is a standard-issue foundation rucksack that can conjure any non-living item that the bag has enough stored mass to produce and can fit through the opening of the bag. The only known person capable of using the SCP successfully is SCP-XXXX-2/Field Agent █████. The bag came into foundation custody after being discovered by MTF Commander █████ who noticed the discrepancy between Field Agent █████ report of the breach at Site-██ and the equipment that had been supplied to Field Agent █████ this was originally just assumed to be bad record-keeping and was ignored up until more and more items were being described to have been used in Field Agent █████ reports that were not assigned to Field Agent █████ resulting in a search of Field Agent █████ personal belongings and discovery of SCP-XXXX. It is believed since the Field Agent knows about the anomalous properties of the bag the Field Agent might be anomalous himself. Field Agent █████ is to be Redesignated as SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX are to be redesignated as SCP-XXXX-1. Field Agent █████ is to be allowed free roam of Site-██. This is in light of Test Log C where it was confirmed that Field Agent █████ is the only person known to be able to consistently use SCP-XXXX-1
Test A - ██/██/██
Subject: Researcher Scott, Class-D 8931, Field Agent █████
Procedure: SCP-XXXX has been filled with enough mass to conjure a pen. D-8931 is asked to reach inside of SCP-XXXX and pull out the pen from inside. D-8931 Replies that the bag is empty. D-8931 then immediately starts to try and enter the bag, D-8931 is not prevented from entering the bag.
Results: Presumed death of D-8931. D-8931 was failed to be conjured from the bag by Field Agent █████.
Analysis: Unknown what caused the absorption of D-8931 into the bag.
Test B - ██/██/██
Subject: Researcher Scott, Class-D 3465, Field Agent █████
Procedure: SCP-XXXX has been filled with an amount of mass unknown to Researcher Scott. D-3465 is told about the properties of SCP-XXXX and instructed to pull out the biggest item He can think of. D-3465 attempts to pull out an item and then is consumed into the bag as soon as his hand enters the bag.
Results: Presumed death of D-3465. D-3465 was failed to be conjured from the bag by Field Agent █████.
Analysis: Containment procedures updated banning tests not using Field Agent █████ as the main test subject.
Test C - ██/██/██
Subject: Researcher Scott, Field Agent █████
Procedure: Field Agent █████ asked to retrieve an item from the bag. Field Agent █████ survived the process and was not absorbed by the bag, Field Agent █████ then went for a full medical review.
Results: Field Agent █████ was not harmed physically at all in the process of retrieving an item from the bag. In light of these discoveries, it was proposed that Field Agent █████ be redesignated as SCP-XXXX-2 and the bag as SCP-XXXX-1
Analysis: Field Agent █████ agreed to be redesignated on the condition that he continue his current role. The request was approved.

Field Agent █████: Shame but we may as well patch up the D-class can't afford to be too slow. (Video log shows that Site security was passed a pack of bandages and some painkillers which they administered to D-2131.)
Researcher Brown: How is my arm looking?
Field Agent █████: Nothing was broken which is good but you won't be using it for a while and you might start to feel faint from blood loss at some point in the future probably best that we don't stick around here for too long.
Site Security 1: I mean I would love to be able to go but unless you have a keycard for the checkpoint we are stuck here.
Field Agent █████: Well this has to be your lucky day then doesn't it for once I have my level 3 Card with me. Alright, well you are all patched up brown. I think its time we started heading for that checkpoint.

Closing Statement: The group moved away from the security office and passed through the checkpoint using the level 3 keycard assigned to Field Agent █████. Where they met up with the main group of Site security before exiting the facility.

Special containment procedures: SCP-5022 is to live in a standard living cell, with a Class D of its choice as requested, in return for this SCP-5022 is required to participate in tests involving other SCPs. If SCP-5022 is found roaming the corridors without posing a threat or making an attempt to escape they are allowed to continue to roam occasionally as long as MTF units are alerted of the situation and keep a guard with SCP-5022 until it is needed. 5022 always wears a jade necklace so it can be recognised despite what form it might be in, to prevent.
Description: SCP-5022 is a Human with extraordinary regenerative abilities and is considered a Human Hybrid with uncontrollable and unexplainable shapeshifting, 5022 has a short temper and is prone to lots of mood swings, Pending Psychological evaluation. SCP-5022 also has slow regenerative powers which make 5022 a desirable test subject as it allows for it to survive dangerous situations, however, it is not to take part in tests with 049 as it has a distinct hatred of the entity as established in addendum A. 5022 often looks like a teenage girl with messy red hair and purple corneas who stands at 5' 6''. 5022 has no apparent gender but prefers to be referred to as a female when it is necessary to define it by gender. 5022 has been shifted into different female forms and male forms but has also been seen as a horse, lizard and dog. It is to be noted that upon transformation 5022 retains the ability to communicate with creatures. SCP-5022 has been an under confinement for 23 years and had attempted escape of the facility 153 times during that period.

5022: Alright well if that's all I think ill be going.
Dr: It does seem to be all but I think you have a test scheduled with 049 in an hour.
[At this point SCP-5022 shapeshifted and ended up smashing the table injuring Dr ███]

Closing Statement: Site security was called in and 5022 was contained, Dr ███ is still in the medical wing and is awaiting medical discharge. Pending Psychological evaluation for 5022 in connection to shapeshifting and mood swings.
Addendum B:
Procedure: Without the consent of 5022 blood was drawn from her living partner D-5022 and was placed in a D-4629 who is similar to SCP-5022.
Result: D-4629 turned into a [DATA EXPUNGED]. This Procedure is banned on orders of the foundation's ethics committee.
Addendum C:
As Field Agent Phil [REDACTED] opened the door to the confinement for 5022, he was overpowered by 5022 and was knocked out, 5022 then went on a rampage around the Site, almost causing multiple Containment breaches and Destroying Site-██, before escaping in the following chaos.
SCP-5022 has not been found since the mass breach and is missing to the day of this log.
