Item#: XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be permanently plugged into a computer with at least 200 gigahertz of processing power and limited access to the SCPnet image database. No images of weapons or diseases should be uploaded, as not to harm SCP-XXXX. Any level 2 personnel are allowed to talk to SCP-XXXX. Only level 3 researchers are permitted to interact with the image uploader.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a digital civilization on what appears to be a standard flash drive with anomalous storage capabilities. When plugged into a computer with adequate processing power, a file entitled "TheArk.exe" will automatically activate upon the start of the computer. The startup sequence consists of displaying segments of binary code, followed by a series of primary numbers. After the starting sequence, a view window pops up, allowing for the viewing and manipulation of SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a civilization of digitized humanoid psyches, able to communicate through complex sequences of code that has since been translated. They claim to originate from +SPACE QUORDANETS+ in the +BLAH BLAH+ system, after a currently unknown event razed the planet. Due to this report, the +BLAH BLAH+ system will remain under watch until further notice.
According to records given by SCP-XXXX-1, the exoplanet ████████-██ contained over 15 species of sentient life, living on 9 continents, separated by 3 vast oceans, comparable in size to the oceans of Earth. Little is known about SCP-XXXX-1's culture at this time, other than most country's where united under a Utopian government.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Researcher ████
Foreword: SCP-XXXX is talking through a text-to-speech generator.
<Begin Log, 08:34>
████: XXXX, are the provided arrangements adequate for the survival of your people?
SCP-XXXX: Yes, thank you.
████: How did you create SCP-XXXX-1? It is a remarkable piece of technology.SCP-XXXX: It was destined to be a probe, to be sent into space with all of the inhabitant's psyche, and was going to be completed with a computer and holographic projector. But clearly, that did not come to fruition.
SCP-XXXX: May I ask, how did you find us?
████: We were observing your system, and you were gonna pass us on your way to who knows where, so we had an operative collect you while doing a routine spacewalk. When her rotation was over, she brought you to us.
SCP-XXXX: Why?████: What do you mean?
SCP-XXXX: What is humanity, their prime objective, their "goals" if you will?
████: Uh, I don't know how to answer that. It is a very odd question.
SCP-XXXX: What do you mean?
████: Humans are odd creatures, they are very, illogical when it comes to goals and choices. They act irrationally in the face of danger or love.
SCP-XXXX: Does that fact affect what you do here?
████: Partly. We don't want the general populace to be affected by any objects that might seem "supernatural" to them.SCP-XXXX: Could you do us a favor?
████: What's that?
SCP-XXXX: We have a resource problem in this world, and we need you to activate a subsystem within the probe.
████: And what does that do exactly?
SCP-XXXX: It will require some modification on our end, but it should allow us to materialize any file that you upload, as long as it has the proper information packets.
████: Say we are going to do this, what would we need to do on our end?
SCP-XXXX: Just wait until we say we have the necessary modifications complete.
████: If that is all, I am going to end the interview here.
████ gets up to leave
SCP-XXXX: A word of warning before you go.
SCP-XXXX: It was not our negligence that leads us to evacuate, but an entity, a-a-darkness, it consumed our home, first the rural areas, then to the cities. It was turned uninhabitable by this darkness. It chased us out of our home, and the people that where
