Description: SCP-XXXX are the law enforcement and judicial systems of the Oneiroi West noosphere. sleep commits a crime within their dream, they will be apprehended by two entities (designated SCP-4XXX-A and B) and given a sentence proportional to 'average' nationwide law.
The sentencing for crimes committed by SCP-4XXX-1 instances has ranged from a lecture (jaywalking) to firing squad execution (for serial murder). SCP-4XXX-1 instances who have been given a sentence will enter a hyper-realistic dream state where they are prisoner in custody with the same sentence given to the host by SCP-4XXX. During this dream state, 4XXX-1 will usually fall into a coma-like state: the most extreme case led to a brain-dead patent. Once SCP-4XXX-1 has completed their criminal sentence, they will be able to wake up and resume normal brain function. An unintended effect of SCP-4XXX is retained in reality, as most SCP-4XXX-1 instances are paranoid about not breaking the law unintentionally in the case SCP-4XXX will sentence them in reality. This is surmised to be caused by the shock of the hyper-reality of the prisoner dream state.

You commit a crime in your sleep, you go to sleep prison. You cant wake up while you're in sleep prison because youre doing your sleep sentence.
The foundation works with Oneiroi to form an MTF of dream lawyers to go to dream court over your dream crimes
So pretty much youre allowed to wake up because the foundation is making them adhere to the US legal system and theyre using their dream bucks to pay your dream bond and get you on dream parole
The only catch is you cant dream while on dream parole
