Special Containment Procedures: Subjects of SCP-XXXX are to each be given a living quarters 8mx8m. SCP-xxxx-1 are to be fed items mostly composed of artificial compounds and given ONLY 45 minutes of leisure. SCP-xxxx-1 is to be allowed to leave the quarters at will, but must be accompanied with a highly trained medical officer, with one instance of SCP-500 and a medical kit with a working defibrillator. All personnel are instructed to use the subjects code names given to them upon implementation of their membership.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a group referred to as the O0 council. The members of this organization are mostly comprised of criminals or other staff/subjects that have committed an act that goes against the foundation's code of conduct.

All forms of SCP-xxxx-1 are to be considered E-Class personnel. SCP-xxxx-1 are not to be treated as
E-Class as they are not put under any specific classification. Subjects of the O0 council (SCP-xxxx), are to be used to contain and retrieve anomalies using the D.S.L. tactic (Explained during the meeting of
██-██-████).

SCP-xxxx was formed by researcher ████████ and Dr. Gears, the O5 council has approved the programs testing phase and succeeded, since then the program was approved for full operation and has 53 members.

Addendum: SCENARIO #1: (██-23-20██) Permission granted by the O5 council to use four (4) members to retrieve SCP-035 after it broke containment(SUCCESS) using the host body of an unknown person. It is not known at the time if the person is from the foundation. Two (2) of the members succumbed to the object, the remaining two (2)returned unharmed. (51 members remain)

Addendum: SCENARIO #2: Dr.█████ requested five (5) members for testing of experimental weapons for foundation security. (All members returned, two (2) members injured and are in medical care. (48 members remain)

Addendum: SCENARIO #3: Eight (8) members were requested for use of securing a new anomalous entity known as SCP-[Redacted]. All SCP-xxxx-1 are to use the Distract, Stall, and lure tactic to contain and secure the entity. The entity has killed six (6) of the members but was sealed in containment before anyone else was harmed. (42 members remain)

ADDITIONAL: As of ██-██-████ four (4) new members have been added to the roster for SCP-xxxx, their given codenames are:

  • nav, brown-haired, ███ boy
  • Welder, █████, blonde boy
  • Jaehee, ██████, blonde girl
  • tick, ████, brown-haired girl

Notice: Keep "Jaehee" away from other anomalous materials in the foundation, there seems to be an effect from this. Staff will be assigned to research this later.
