Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8030 is as of now considered Safe. An area of 30 miles around it is to be lined with fences but no contacts are to be made with SCP-8030. Normal foot patrols are to be made by-daily by Foundation guards. No one is to enter the 30 miles area around SCP-8030's Location
Description: SCP-8030 Looks like a modern soldier wearing multi cam and green pants. he has his arms bent backwards in a unnatural way and his head can turn 360 degrees.
Origin: It was confirmed after an investigation that SCP-8030 was created by a failed medical experiment lead by a new scientist by the name of Doctor Aloisio. Interrogation of the doctor revealed the intent of the bioagent used in the medical field. He also named his creation "Cyclone". We don't know why.
Addendum: After his discovery on [REDACTED]. SCP-8030 has yet to take any hostile actions. Communication has also been impossible but it seams that SCP-8030 is harmless. Continued observation is to be made on SCP-8030.

The scientist responsible for the creation of SCP-8030 was taken by Foundation agents and shall be interrogated soon. The Foundation also wants to bring him to SCP-8030 for testing, as proposed by [REDACTED].

It was discovered that SCP-8030 is resistant to any form of explosive after an incident involving a patrol. He also seams to be resistant to any sort of crushing after a patrol vehicle accidentally ran it over during a low visibility patrol inside the perimeter. SCP-8030 was visibly left unhurt.

interrogation of Doctor Aloisio has been concluded. The doctor has been hired by the SCP foundation in order to investigate and supervise his creation. It seams that the chain of event leading to it's creating was a medicinal experiment on a heavily injured soldier. The Doctor created a bioagent that he though capable of healing the soldier, while the agent, named [REDACTED], worked side effects such as those observed on SCP-8030 seam to be a common occurrence seen on animal on which the agent was tested.
