Premise: SCP-XXXX is a metaphysical entity that acts as a sort of anti-infohazard. It is free to roam and cause harm to those who can't/don't perceive it, but it's unable to affect those who are aware of it. The Foundation turns SCP-XXXX into a pop-culture reference, and spreads it as much as it possibly can, in order to contain SCP-XXXX in the minds of Humanity.
