Special Containment Procedures: On the order of the Site-DE17 Ethics Committee, testing of SCP-XXXX is permanently suspended.

Pressurized canisters of SCP-XXXX are to be held in Site-DE17's Hazardous Materials wing indefinitely, inside a specialized storage chamber fitted with multiple air-filtration systems. Standard defense measures (chemical, explosive, kinetic, cognitohazardous) are to be implemented. See SCP-XXXX's attached MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for detailed instructions regarding all safe handling procedures.

Mobile Task Forces Theta-18 ("Antisemitics Division") and DE18-𝔶 ("GNKC") are tasked with investigating the sale and distribution of SCP-XXXX. Stocks of SCP-XXXX are to be seized, and distributors are to be interrogated and amnesticized as appropriate. Members of GoI-DE014 involved in SCP-XXXX's distribution are to be detained or killed as the situation demands.

The capture of PoI-XXXX is a Gamma-level priority. Operations targeting GoI-DE014-infested areas are required to outfit agents with anti-chemical equipment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous molecular structure. Under normal conditions, SCP-XXXX is a black-grey liquid (boiling at approximately 95 °C and freezing at -45 °C) with a sulfur-like odor. It is highly toxic, carcinogenic, and IDLH² to most mammals at 20 PPM³. Smaller levels of exposure may result in respiratory damage, blindness, loss of smell, and chemical burns.

Under atmospheric pressure, SCP-XXXX rapidly evaporates at a rate roughly equivalent to hexane. It reacts to virtually all known elements (save helium, neon, and argon), as well as most inorganic compounds. It initiates combustion with many otherwise non-flammable materials (including concrete, glass, sand, most plastics, asbestos, and water) at room temperature. During combustion, SCP-XXXX produces an exothermic oxidation reaction without oxygen (similar to a metal-flourine fire).

When ingested or inhaled in small doses (approx. 1 to 35 mL), SCP-XXXX can be used to induce a state of heightened suggestibility and docility in sufficiently sapient entities (such as humans and [ REDACTED ]). Interviews with affected subjects (in addition to CT and thaumic screenings) suggest that this is the result of a significant decrease in subjective consciousness and sense of self-identity.

Subjects affected by SCP-XXXX are susceptible to extensive psychological reconfiguration. Proper application of a variety of practical and esoteric psychiatric techniques may be used to modify subjects' concept of self, including bifurcation of the self into two selves, reconfiguration of what the self is, and complete elimination of the subjective consciousness.

PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION

The following section is based on documentation recovered from various non-partnered Groups of Interest, including GoI-014 ("The American Supernatural Containment Initiative"), GoI-952 ("Olney Ironworks"), and GoI-DE014 ("The Fourth Reich").

SCP-XXXX's production predates the Foundation by at least a decade, having been manufactured by the ASCI for use in the enforcement of normalcy.
