SCP-4703

Item #: SCP-4703

Objet class : Keter

Special Containment Procedures : Hosts of SCP-4703 are to be locked in a 5m x 5m x 5m rectangular steel cell/ lined with five meters steel with a distance of one meter between the two walls. A tube, located at the top of the room, capable of passing a liquid, must be connected between the containment and the observation room. The containment door, 2m x 2m, must be able to open and close quickly. Cameras must be installed indoors to evaluate the possibility of SCP-4703 hosts coming out of containment. A thorough inspection and cleaning of the room should be done after each confinement, and repair if necessary.
SCP-4703 hosts should be confined if their "rage" is apparent.

Description : SCP-4703 is a virus capable of modifying the need, behavior and body of the host, giving it a faster [DATA DELETED] regeneration, a force capable of destroying all known terrestrial materials, a strong attraction and need for blood of their own kind. It is transmissible only by contact between the blood of the host and that of the victim.
If their host is not fed one liter of fresh blood at each of his meals, he enters a phase of "rage" that makes the host unconscious for three minutes to five minutes, his musculature increases, destroying his skin , the tips of the fingers become sharp, and divide his lower jaw in 2 to let tiny tiny teeth grow inside, then go and try to kill his fellow in order to feed their blood by bite, targeting the head.
During this phase, SCP-4703 host containment should be a priority for the guards to avoid a large number of deaths, and the host must be promptly fed with blood through the containment hose, so to avoid any self-mutilation that will drive SCP-4703's host to self-cannibalism.
The structure of SCP-4703 is unknown to date, which changes with each study attempt.

SCP-4703 hosts should be rated from SCP-4703-1 to SCP-4703-6, and there should be no more than 6 hosts alive. The hosts are all humanoids, each of different sizes, of different sexes, all French, do not seem to age, and live normally with the other employees of the Foundation.
SCP-4703-1 to SCP-4703-6 may walk freely in the Foundation with at least one guard equipped with protection each, at a maximum distance of 100m from its confinement, and live together in another room, furnished with 20m x 20m x 10m, near their confinement.
Any request for objects that may compromise the security of SCP-4703 hosts must be denied, as well as any potentially addictive objects that may cause them to skip their meal.
If one of SCP-4703's hosts dies, their blood must be quickly transferred to a compatible Class D staff to keep SCP-4703 alive, and then transferred to the SCP-4703 Host Living Room. After observation, the class D staff who were injected with SCP-4703 changed their personality and memory to become that of their predecessor.

The hosts of SCP-4703 behave like a group of basic friends, have ordinary human behavior, but their insensitivity to death and the notion of "good and bad" show that they do not hesitate to become aggressive if one of their friends is in danger, something is bothering them, or for mere pleasure.

The reports show that the SCP-4703 hosts have a deep connection between them, they do not hesitate to help the guards if one of them "fancies", can feel the moment and always know where is the "enraged" host.
SCP-4703 hosts discovered in the Amazonian forest on 07/04/201█, shortly after the discovery of an Amazonian colony.

Audio Recording of the 4703-1 Interview:

Interviewer : Dr. Morgan
Interviewed : ████████, captain of research on Amazonian civilization, team █████
Description of a possible SCP :

Dr.Morgan : Tell me then, did you hear strange things from his men in this forest. I came here to understand, please explain to me. I imagine you value your discovery without suffering the consequences.
Captain ████████ : I do not want to see lives sacrificed by a desire to discover, as some of my former colleagues * shed a tear *.
Dr. Morgan : Excuse me for making you shed a tear, but let's go to the heart of the matter, so as not to leave his specimens outside longer than necessary.
Captain ████████ : The inhabitants of this forest were initially aggressive, but we made them understand that we were then there to discuss. It was rather vague to understand their sign, but it was understood that creatures, monsters lived near here.
Dr.Morgan : That's all you got from his strangers?
Captain ████████ : Hum hum. As I described, their signs were unclear. They tried to draw it, but I only saw a human, but that had a peculiarity.
Dr.Morgan : And, what kind of peculiarity is this?
Captain ████████ : I had the impression that the jaw was non-existent, as if the torso and the nose were connected to each other. I did not see what scared the locals so much about this drawing, and yet those who looked at the drawing quickly returned home.
Dr.Morgan : Your description does not completely help, but we will do with it. Prepare the team for tomorrow.

After 10 days of research, Dr.Morgan's research cell was finally finding what he had come for. On a pile of skeletons and [DATA EXPUNGED], the French language of a man almost reaching adulthood, put Dr.Morgan on the track.

Audio Recording of Interview 4703-2 :

Interviewer : Dr. Morgan, Captain ████████
Interviewed : SCP-4703-1
Successful search :

Dr.Morgan : Can I afford a recorded interview with you?
SCP-4703-1 : What is it worth to me to visit strangers in a place like this?
Captain ████████ : I am adventurous, and I discovered people living in the forest, also warn us that monsters are around to hunt them, I would like to know if you …
Dr.Morgan : He speaks French, he is next to skeletons, do not you think he will be the source of this monstrosity that kills his people.
SCP-4703-1 : Exactly, dear sir, but where is the problem of killing if it's for the good of someone you call monster?
Captain ████████ : What kind of inhuman experience do you make by sacrificing people we could study for discovery purposes.
SCP-4703-1 laughs quietly.
Dr.Morgan : Come on captain, do not put yourself in this state, we're here to fix that after all.
SCP-4703-1 : And how do you want to capture what I intend to protect and keep with me?
Creaks making the conversation impossible to listen for a few minutes.
SCP-4703-1 : If that's what you want, I think that monster will wish it too. So I advise you to come back tomorrow, and not to stay around that night, okay.
Dr.Morgan : Thank you for your understanding, hoping it will stay the same tomorrow.
Noises of leaves and branches that crack.
Dr.Morgan : The target does not seem to be out of control, but its creator only takes us from above, with a smile on his lips. Stay wary of this target, and take up arms if necessary. Captain Unbonnom will stay away from the operation until the capture is complete. Completed.

Interviewed : SCP-4703-1
Recovery of SCP-4703 :

SCP-4703-1 : Your wife did not come with you today?
Dr.Morgan: Do you really think it's time to joke, we have more important to discuss. Do you agree to accompany us to the Foundation?
SCP-4703-1 : Of course, I even give you a little present, the head of one of yesterday's victims, I hope you will not recognize one of your researchers.
Noise of a heavy object falling on the leafy ground.
Dr.Morgan : I thought your monster would stay wisely with you, without sending me that kind of flowers as a welcome gift.
SCP-4703-1 : I would also like to add that your wording is incorrect. They are not monsters, they are monsters, and I wanted to introduce them to you.
Dr.Morgan : What … What … I require a quick explanation of this situation.
SCP-4703-1 : I will not deny that monsters are ours, I even clearly approve of the use of this word. We are all 6 descendants of French explorers who kept this curse, so we are, all 6, the monster you expected so much. I beg you now to take us to your dear organization, provided that we can keep a quiet life, as you have described to me.
Dr.Morgan : I do not have a choice anyway, so much do you keep with us rather than let you perpetrate a continuous slaughter. Now please, please follow me, and keep quiet until the end of the journey, this news is not good enough.

Incident Report During Transport of SCP-4703-1 to 4703-6, Dr.Morgan's Report :

Our squad came out of the Amazonian forest with SCP-4703-1 through 4703-6, found right here, with helicopters heading for Site-██. SCP-4703-1 through 4703-6 were separated by at least one helicopter. According to testimony from the airmen and guards, SCP-4703-1 through 4703-6 began [DATA EXPUNGED] and requested that the vehicle door be opened. Shortly after their reactions, one of the helicopters that contained SCP-4703-1 began to get out of control and crashed into the forest.
SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█ and SCP-4703-█, others forced the door and all jumped where the crash was. I ordered the helicopters to go down to pick them up, that's when we saw the true nature of the SCP-4703-1 through 4703-6. The monster quoted by the inhabitants of the forest held in the part where his mouth was to be held, the head of one of our airmen.
Although SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█, SCP-4703-█ and SCP-4703-█ were still in human form, blood spurted when their bodies fell to the ground but they did not seem to have suffered any injuries as a result of their fall. They then went to see their friend transformed, immobilized, then all mutilated to make him drink their blood, then the one we called monster resumed its human form.

Audio recording of the 4703-4 interview :

Interviewer : Dr. Morgan
Interviewed : SCP-4703-1
Post incident focus :

SCP-4703-1 : I hope you enjoyed this little monster show, Doctor. I hope that the loss of a helicopter will not ruin you.
Dr.Morgan : Enough, this is the last time I'm talking to you and your colleagues, you drive me crazy. As I was responsible for you, I ask you to know more about you before another team takes over.
SCP-4703-1 : I appreciate you, though. At least, I allowed a last discussion with, and this little show showed you that we are indeed monsters, and that you could evaluate our threat, is not it, Doooctor?
Dr.Morgan : Enough, enough enough! You, you have purposely killed our men, with your group of mutants, I will take the necessary measures to give you what you deserve, and I hope that this treatment will be for you, a foretaste of hell who will wait for you.
SCP-4703-1 : My conditions are not awful, we just want a normal and peaceful life in your Foundation, of course, the constraints of our monstrosity leave you free to lock us up or kill us, but this is not a problem, we can help you stop our friend during what we call "rabies", and I advise you to take note, Doctor.
Dr.Morgan : Get me peace [DATA DELETED], I'll stop all with you, I'll pray for someone else to take care of you. Forever, creature.
SCP-4703-1 : (In French) Goodbye Doctor.

After 4703-4 audio recording, Dr.Morgan shall not, under any circumstances, re-contact SCP-4703-1 to SCP-4703-6 under the direction of the Site-██ Director. The O5-█ orders constant monitoring of SCP-4703-1 due to its great intelligence and control of its "rabies" form.
SCP-4703-1 through 4703-6 should be treated as normal humans or else a grudge against hostility between the Foundation and SCP-4703 hosts will be avoided.
