Basic Manifest: Those on staff who are in positions to impose judgment upon community members should be required to be an active participant in the community themselves. Members of Disc and/or AHT who are not active on staff in other capacities/are 'Inactive [expanded definition]' will be removed from said specialized teams.

- What defines 'active'?
All Disc/AHT team members are required to be a member and active participant of at least one other staff team not including Disc, AH, or Chat Staff. Activity will be determined in that, within the past one month without prior announcing a hiatus or reasonable IRL circumstances, they have actively participated in carrying out the responsibilities detailed in their teams' respective hubs. Failure to do so would result in removal from AHT and/or Disc.
- Teams that are inactive and do not hold any set tasks (a la Site Crit) will not shield from a user being affected by the proposed policy.
- This policy would occur automatically, with no delegation by any staff member to prevent bias as much as possible outside of special cases such as someone being on leave for a reasonable IRL circumstance. During these events, a user may appeal to a CAPTAIN of a team outside of Disc or AHT that they are on to determine whether their reasoning for absence is justified under reasonable IRL circumstance.
