Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX must be contained in a 8 by 8 by 8 metre box of 30 cm thick cement at site-██. The inside of the box should be lined with mirrors. SPC-XXXX should have a tracker placed inside its organs and must be exposed to intense gamma radiation at all times. SCP-XXXX must have spikes from the walls penetrating into its body.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a pale white, 7 metre tall humanoid and shows extreme malnutrition. It has three long black fingers ending in spikes on each of its hands that are 2 metres in length. It shows no facial features, a long narrow head and a split down the middle of its head filled with rows of sharp, shark-like teeth. It's rib cage had ripped through it's skin and scans show no functioning organs, SCP-XXXX doesn't need nutrients either.
SCP-XXXX has powers of telepathy however radiation greatly reduces it's power. SCP-XXXX has been observed to strip the skin from the flesh of it's victims before lifting them up to the ceiling whist keeping them alive. SCP-XXXX can open instances of SCP-XXXX-1 in walls leading to a pocket dimension that is a tunnel made of blue dirt. It leads it's victims into the dimension and traps them their, SCP-XXXX does this for sport however and isn't observed to eat them. After it's victims are dead and floating it creates a time loop inside of SCP-XXXX-1, allowing the victims to experience extreme pain across the entire body, however, once the time loop resets, the dead are still there even as they see themselves enter SCP-XXXX-1 again.

Note: This was a retelling by Dr. Mills of the exploration for an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 in ██████, Australia, after newspaper reports of a dissapearance for two teenage boys.. The exploration team consisted of two D-class personnel and level 2 researcher, Dr. Mills, to observe of SCP-XXXX-1.

D-5854: How the hell did it dig a hole through a wall?
D-6902: I don't know man, have you seen the other SCPs?
Dr. Mills: Alright we're going in.
D-6902: Hey Doc is it normal to be hallucinating?
D-5854: Well I hope it is, since I'm trippin right now.
Dr. Mills: Well, this is an exploration mission to find out. What exactly are you hallucinating?
D-6902: There are a ton of skinless dead bodies on the ceiling and I think some of them look like us.
Dr. Mills: Hmm. I see it too—
Corpses on the ceiling begin to chant.
D-5854: HOLY [EXPLATIVE]!
Dr. Mills: I'm sure it's just a hallucination.
SCP-XXXX enters.
D-6902: HELP PLEASE HELP!
SCP-XXXX-1 starts to rip the skin off of D-6902.
Dr. Mills: oh god, oh god. D-5854 RUN, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
D-5854 gives no response and appears to be in a trance.
Dr. Mills: COMMAND, HELLO COMMAND WE NEED HELP!
Dr. Mills runs away seeing both D class personnel reentering the tunnel entrance.
Dr. Mills: Wha—
D class personnel pass through Dr. Mills while ignoring Dr. Mills and continue conversation.End Log
Closing Statement: Dr. Mills escaped and contacted SCP personnel. Personnel arrived 30 minutes later and captured SCP-XXXX and sealed off SCP-XXXX-1. When Dr. Mills angrily asked why the foundation didn't come after his distress message, all personnel didn't recall ever hearing anything from the radio.
