Special Containment Procedure: The "E man" is contained at Site-8 in Antarctica in a standard humanoid containment cell site- 20 in Chernobyl in a 2mx2mx2m uranium box magnetically suspended in the center of a 10mx10mx10m lead cell at a depth of █km. The triple bulkhead entrance is to be closed and guarded by a minimum of four (4) armed guards who are completely deaf.
If the uranium containment chambers radiation level is less than 1500 CPM the E man must be sedated using a solid bullet of polonium
Description SCP-XXXX Is a humanoid entity, no clear description of it is possible, as its appearance changes at any movement. with no movement, it appears as a single human but at all ages at once. when it moves it has no clearly discernible features and witnesses have had many conflicting views of its appearance. The only consistent appearance is that the "E man" has no mouth.
The "E man" was acquired by The Foundation in 20██ when reports came from ██████ in ████████ noticing SCP-XXXX appearing out of its cave, noticed it appearing out of a cave, which locals claimed to be ''The resting chamber of gods''. After an instance of SCP-XXXX-2, the foundation was alerted by onsite agent ██████ ███ before transforming into SCP-XXXX-3. when Mu-13 arrived they found ██ people building what appeared to be a set of speakers utilizing SCP-882 auditory properties to [DATA EXPUNGED], nearly resulting in an AK-end-of-the-world class scenario. When attempted removal of the "E man" was attempted all instances of SCP-XXXX-3 became incredibly violent resulting in the death of █ personnel. The remaining personnel terminated the remaining instances of SCP-XXXX-3 and successfully contain SCP-XXXX. The speakers were also claimed by the foundation but as it was impossible to disassemble it was destroyed. The village was burned under the cover of a forest fire.SCP-XXXX appears to be highly intelligent and sapient but is alone incapable of speech. but successful communication via SCP-XXXX-3 (see addendum XXXX-1). D-8362 has been transformed into a SCP-XXXX-3 for the sole purpose of speaking.
SCP-XXXX-2 was designated as the cognitohazordous sound emitted by the "E man" at random intervals. The sound is NOT emitted by no discernible orifice but rather from [DATA EXPUNGED]. The sound is very similar to the English "E" sound earning its nick-name by the onsite personnel. In an instance of SCP-XXXX-2, the sound produced has been known to last from █mins to █hours. All non-anomalous entities exposed to SCP-XXXX-2 for more than █ seconds will slowly begin to turn into instances of SCP-XXXX-3. This transformation occurs in three (3) stages.
- Occurs within three (3) hours after exposure and lasts for one (1) hour. the only symptom is reduced control over fine motor skills.
- after stage one is completed subject will lose control of all motor skills and are commanded by the "E man". subject still retains independent thought and speech. the stage continues for █ hours
- The "E man" gains full control over the subject. The subject is considered KIA, as no known form to prevent this stage is known SCP-XXXX-3. The subject must be terminated at this stage to prevent a containment breach.
Upon full transformation into SCP-XXXX-3, SCP-XXXX receives all of the memories, experiences, and intelligence of the previous subject.

Soon after SCP-XXXX was contained, SCP-XXXX emitted SCP-XXXX-2, transforming all onsite personnel into SCP-XXXX-3. Mobile Task Force Eta-11 ("Savage Beasts") responded to the situation and terminated all infected personnel, and re-contained SCP-XXXX with the help of Agent Muhrbeck and Dr. Olszewski, who were the only remaining personnel alive after the incident. SCP-XXXX was found dazed but unharmed floating close to chile. Dr. Olszewski and Agent Muhrbeck then wrote the containment procedures based on their knowledge of SCP-XXXX based on their encounter.
Addendum-XXXX.1
After the destruction of Site-8 Dr. Olsewski established a form of communication via D-836. Dr. Olszewski proceeded with an interview (with the supervision of Agent Muhrbeck). The following interview was performed before the containment procedures were established with the purpose of finding weaknesses to exploit for the new containment procedures. Dr. Olszewski scored a high resistance (scored ███, the average being 25) against memetic properties during a test, and was therefore selected for the interview.

SCP-XXXX: [REDACTED]. I think you would say that I am from the █th-dimension.
Dr. Olszewki: is there any way you can prove it?
SCP-XXXX: The fourth dimension is the dimension of time correct? being from the █th- dimension I can move along time. I can also bring back items from different moments in time.
(SCP-XXXX rises from his chair and disappears. After approximately 50 minutes SCP-XXXX reappears with a ██████, Latter dated to 1969)
