Hey everyone. I have never posted on here before, but I recently received a very disturbing call from a child and had to let people know what happened. I have been working as a 9-1-1 operator in my area for 7 years now, and I have never come across something quite like this. The department has been investigating the case for a few months now, but they have not been able to come up with anything. When I ran a background check, nothing was out of the ordinary. They were a normal family, normal parents, by all accounts a normal household. I decided to go by and take a look myself.

But when I drove by, I saw her. I waited outside and called some guys from the station to come quickly, but she disappeared by the time they got there. Now my boss thinks I'm going crazy and placed me on medical leave. But I know what I saw. I was able to make a transcript of the phone call before they made me take my leave. I'll post it next. I frankly have no idea what to do, and it is starting to get to me. If anyone is able to help, please contact me.

This is the audio transcript of my 9-1-1 call with a child caller.

> OPERATOR: Nine-one-one operator. Where is your emergency?
>
> CALLER: Hello miss officer, I need help. There is something wrong with mommy!
>
> OPERATOR: Okay, honey, where are you?
>
> CALLER: I am in my room.
>
> OPERATOR: Do you know where your house is?
>
> CALLER: Um, my house is between the train place and the cemetery.
>
> OPERATOR: Do you know if your address is 105 Humble Avenue?
>
> CALLER: Yes, miss officer. That is what my daddy told me.
>
> OPERATOR: Very good, honey. My name is Diana. What is your name?
>
> CALLER: My name is Cowl Cunningham, miss officer. I'm 8.
>
> OPERATOR: Alright, Cowl, is your daddy around?
>
> CALLER: No, I don't know what happened to daddy.
>
> OPERATOR: Okay, honey, we have someone on their way. Please tell me what is going on.
>
> CALLER: I really need your help, there's something wrong with mommy. She acts really weird, and I'm getting scared. Mommy is kind and nice, so I don't know why she is doing this! She's been acting weird ever since she went with daddy to eat at the fancy place last night. They locked the doors when they left to go eat, and I watched cartoons until bedtime. Mommy always comes to my room and tucks me in at night, and it was raining really hard, and the thunder was really loud, and I was too scared to sleep.
>
> CALLER: I heard my door open later. I knew daddy would be upset if he knew I was still awake, so I pretended to be sleeping. The door stayed open for a long time, so I looked. Mommy was standing in the hallway. I looked at her, and she was staring at me with her eyes really big. Her face scared me a little, so I closed my eyes. I opened my eyes a few times after that, and she was still staring at me. One time, I opened my eyes, and she was smiling weird. It looked like when you get the stretchy goo, and stretch it really wide, and the middle goes down really far.
>
> OPERATOR: Did your mommy do anything to you, honey? Are you hurt?
>
> CALLER: No, my mommy wouldn't hurt me, miss officer. She closed the door that night, but I couldn't sleep. When I woke up in the morning, daddy wasn't home. I asked mommy where daddy went, but she didn't say anything. I felt really weird sitting at the table as mommy finished breakfast. But she acted normal after that! She acted fine all day. Daddy didn't come home though. Tonight, mommy came to my room and kissed me and tucked me in so I could go to sleep.
>
> CALLER: I almost was asleep, but then I heard this sound from downstairs. It sounded like when daddy was using a hammer to make my treehouse. I tried to sleep, but it was too loud. I got really annoyed and got out of bed and went downstairs to see mommy about it. When I got down the steps, it got really loud toward the kitchen. The sound started sounding like a wet thud. Then I saw mommy next to the fridge, hitting her head on the wall. Her face looked like it did that night she stared at me. Mommy's head had a big dent in it. Everything was red. It smelled like coins in there, and it made me really dizzy. I didn't know what was going on and I was really scared. Mommy heard me and looked at me. Her head looked really scary and she smiled at me again with that weird smile.
>
> CALLER: Mommy never smiled at me like that. Mommy never acted like that. I don't think she is my mommy. She did the thing with her hands like my mommy would do when she was on the phone and wanted me to be quiet. I shook my head, and I felt my legs shaking. I wanted to cry. I think she is why my daddy and mommy didn't come home. I was so scared and I ran up to my room and called you. Please come get me, I'm scared!
>
> OPERATOR: Okay, honey, someone is on there way. Stay where you are, and stay on the phone with me. Everything will be okay.
>
> CALLER: Thank you, miss officer. Wait, the thudding sound stopped. Sorry, miss officer, please stay on the phone. I am going to see what happened.
>
> OPERATOR: Cowl, please stay where you are, we have someone on the way to your home.
>
> CALLER is heard placing the phone down and walking away.
>
> CALLER: Mommy?
>
> Nothing is heard over the phone until the police officers arrive and discover the phone unattended.
