Tentative rules:
Any format goes. SCP, tale, GOI Format, tale series, it's all fine. I dunno if there's other eligible formats but if there are, also fine. You can also make it any character's proposal that you want. I'm only putting down two rules, the second one more tentative than the first (but both still tentative):
- Whatever you write about, or whatever format you use, Mr. Finale must be important and central to it, regardless of how you interpret that. Don't make it like my 3015 for example, where JJ was the center of it as opposed to Mr. Bernie Sanders lol. It's fine if it takes a little while to get to Mr. Finale itself, as long as Mr. Finale is still overall important the main focus/central to your article(s).
- Whoever you choose to have a proposal, they should be involved in its creation. They don't need to be involved in the article(s) further, but they should primarily be the one behind Mr. Finale being created.
Otherwise, go nuts.
