Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a low-security storage container within the storage wing of the Anomalous Item Repository at Site-11. Personnel1assigned for testing must undergo psychological testing before being cleared to use SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an 1875 brand brass pocket-watch, approximately 54 g in weight. SCP-XXXX main anomalous property manifest whenever an individual turns the hands of the clock via the winding wheel. If SCP-XXXX winding knob is turned clockwise, the individual will appear to perceive time at a rate of 5 minutes per second wound faster than normal. If SCP-XXXX is wound counter clockwise the individual appears to perceive time at a rate of 5 minutes per second wound slower than normal. No matter which direction an individual winds up SCP-XXXX they will appear to fade out of existence from the naked eye, but are still visible by means of thermal and high-speed cameras.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered in the storage archives of one of Marshall, Carter, and Dark’s business offices located in New York City after MTF unit Pi-1 (“City Slickers”) returned from a raid on the office buildings.

Mobile Task Force Pi-1 ("City Slickers") received a series of documents regarding SCP-XXXX from the MC&D office building.

Research logs: D-8107 was chosen to test SCP-XXXX after Doctor Herald Bixel tried winding up SCP-XXXX only to go A.W.O.L for 5 hours. When questioned Doctor Herald claimed he was in his office for only 1 minute.
