Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a high-security storage container within the storage wing of the Anomalous Item Repository at Site-11. All testing involving SCP-XXXX requires prior approval of Site Command with additional approval by the Site Ethics Committee. All request should be submitted 24 hours in advance.
Description: SCP-XXX is a polyester trilby hat. SCP-XXXX main anomalous property is the ability to manifest a physical humanoid form. The only limitation observed to this manifestation is the distinguishable trilby hat that always appears on each form SCP-XXXX turns into.
SCP-XXXX has displayed Class-II psionic abilities: Able to communicate with others within 3 meters without any physical manifestation through the use of telepathy. It has been observed that SCP-XXXX is able to use this psionic telepathy while in a humanoid form though tends to avoid doing so.
Addendum-Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found on the outskirts of Amsterdam1 after Agent ███ woke up with a different looking women then they fell asleep with. Agent ██ apprehended the subject, bringing them to the nearest Foundation outpost.
Incident Log XXXX-Alpha: At 0830 hours, it was discovered that SCP-XXXX was not in its containment locker. The Site immediately went into lockdown procedures Delta-IV. After a brief security sweep by on Site Security, SCP-XXXX was found sleeping with Junior Researcher Sophie Del in a female humanoid form. After SCP-XXXX was returned to its containment locker, it was determined that Sophie Del had no idea of what SCP-XXXX was claiming “She was just charming”.
