Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to remain in Vault-12, and should not be entered without approval from the current site director.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden door. Upon stepping through SCP-XXXX, an individual becomes superposed between an unknown amount of realities. Said individual will remain in this state until someone checks which reality they are in, destroying the other realities in the process.
A better explanation of this anomalous effect can be seen in the "Schrodinger Cat" thought experiment. If a cat is in a box, an outside observer would be unable to know if said cat was dead or alive without opening the box. As such, until the box is opened the cat is both dead and alive. This special state of being collapses upon opening the box, wherein the cat is either dead or alive.
Similar to how the cat can be both dead and alive, subjects who enter SCP-XXXX exist in multiple realities at once. Furthermore, like said cat, a subject inside of SCP-XXXX will only exist in one of those realities when someone checks their location. This can occur by communicating with said individual, or by reading transcripts of past conversations.
Addendum 1:
The following is an experiment log recorded by Junior Researcher Grey. It should be noted that this experiment was originally supposed to be performed by Dr. ███████, while Ms. Grey observed and helped when necessary. However, due to a last minute familial issue, Dr. ███████ was unable to perform this experiment, and authorized Ms. Grey to perform it in his place.

Dr. Grey: D-3903, can you tell me what your surroundings are like?
D-3903: I have a name ya know.
Dr. Grey: D-3903, please answer the question.
A sigh can be heard from D-3903
D-3903: Fine, I see a meadow. Or rather, I am in a meadow. All around me are grassy hills. I can't see too far ahead though, the grass is almost up to my neck.
Dr. Grey: Very well. Please pick a direction to explore, keeping track of where the door is.
D-3903: I can't. The door's gone.
Dr. Grey: Very well. I suppose just wander around, and let me know what you see then.
D-3903: Okay.
The sound of grass being pushed aside can be heard for approximately 32 minutes
Dr. Grey: D-3903, has the landscape changed at all?
D-3903: Ya know, I hate being called D-39-

D-3903: I can't tell. The grass is now taller than I am by about a meter or so.

D-3903 is abruptly cut off, and the sound of skin against dirt can be heard

D-3903: Yeah, I'm alright, if a bit bruised.
Dr. Grey: What happened?
D-3903: I fell down a giant pit. It is about twice as tall as I am. I didn't see it through the grass.
Dr. Grey: Do you see any way out?
D-3903: No, there doesn't appear to… Wait, what the hell?
Dr. Grey: D-3903, can you please elaborate?
D-3903: I found the door! It was just lying here, behind a few blades of grass!
Dr. Grey: D-3903, please proceed to enter the door. Upon entering it tell me what you see.
D-3903: Alright, I see a red carpet. There are stone walls that seem to go on forever, lit by torches placed periodically. Behind me is another stone wall, and above me a stone ceiling.
Dr. Grey: So you're in a hallway?
D-3903: Yep. I guess I should start moving forward, try and find a way outta here.
Several minutes of footsteps can be heard
D-3903: So why is it Foundation policy?
Dr. Grey: Huh?
D-3903: The name policy. Why do you have to call me 'D-3903'?
Dr. Grey: Oh. If I were to make a guess, I'd say its so that way we don't get too attached to the D-class.
D-3903: Because we will be leaving in a month, or because the experiments the Foundation performs are too dangerous?
Dr. Grey is silent for a few minutes
D-3903: Ms. Grey? Did you hear me?
Dr. Grey: Yeah… I heard you.
D-3903: Whats wrong? You didn't respond to my question.
Dr. Grey: I… I can't do this…
D-3903: Do what?
Dr. Grey: Do you know what D-class means?
D-3903: I assume it is some sort of security clearance code, or something.
Dr. Grey: No. It means disposable. The Foundation doesn't care if you die, just that you do what you're told.
D-3903: Ha, makes sense I suppose. I mean, they are offering death row and life sentence inmates an opportunity to be free after just a month. I guess-

Dr. Grey: That's not true. They aren't going to let you free in a month.
D-3903: But what about Fredrick? Hank? Jessica?
Dr. Grey: Dead. Terminated. Killed after a month.

D-3903: Can you please listen to my story? You're the last person I have a chance to convince that I'm not crazy. My mom died when I was about 3 months old. She was killed, by my father. Drowned in the bathtub of their new home.
D-3903: I was then sent to live with my Grandmother. She died when I was 7. I don't remember much of the following few years. It's as if there is a cloth covering my memories. The first thing I can clearly recall was when I was 12, and I was exiting a doctor's office after getting vaccinated for the flu.
D-3903: From that 5 year time span I vaguely remember something happening at my old school. Some sort of animal that was captured by animal control. I recall that the creature killed multiple teachers and students. I have a vague remembrance of the feeling I felt when I was adopted. Other than those two events I don't remember much else.
D-3903: I eventually graduated high school, and got a job at a lumber mill. I managed to make a small living, eventually settling down with a gal named Rebecca. She was perfect. A few days before our marriage a creature broke into our house. It was a tall and humanoid, but instead of hands and feet it had hooves. It was so skinny that one could count how many bones the creature had, and was covered in black leathery skin. However, by far the creepiest thing about it was its face. It looked like a hybrid of a deer skull and a humans face, almost like the two were haphazardly melted together. It hurt to look directly at it.
D-3903: Despite not having hands, it somehow wielded a large black butchers knife. It must have been the length of my arm, but the only thing scarier than that creature was what it was doing. It had killed Rebecca, and was spreading her organs all over our house. I did the only thing I could think of. I grabbed my hunters gun and shot, but the bullets did nothing. If anything, they went through him. Eventually it left… although I don't know how. I blinked and it was gone. My neighbors must have heard the gunshots coming from my house and called the police.
D-3903: Everyone thinks that I killed her. Maybe their right, and I am just a madman locked in a padded cell somewhere. But I know what I saw that day, and I swear to you that it was real. I have spent every day of my life since then thinking, wondering, why did she have to die? Why couldn't it have been me?
D-3903: When I told the police what had happened, they obviously didn't believe me. I was arrested, and charged with a life sentence. Then, one day a man offered me a chance out. A chance at redemption. I took it. Now I can only hope that I see her again when I… Well, you know… Kick the bucket.
Dr. Grey: Deri- I mean, D-3903, for what it is worth, I believe your story.
D-3903: Thanks. It is nice to know that at least someone out there thinks I'm not crazy. I am almost at the base of a pyramid. I can see the outline of the door from here. I should be able to reach it in about 20 or 30 minutes.

I recall that the creature killed multiple teachers and students. I have a vague remembrance of the feeling I felt when I was adopted. Other than those two events I don't remember much else.
D-3903: I eventually graduated high school, and got a job at a lumber mill. I managed to make a small living, eventually settling down with a gal named Rebecca. She was perfect. A few days before our marriage a creature broke into our house. It was a tall and humanoid, but instead of hands and feet it had hooves. It was so skinny that one could count how many bones the creature had, and was covered in black leathery skin. However, by far the creepiest thing about it was its face. It looked like a hybrid of a deer skull and a humans face, almost like the two were haphazardly melted together. It hurt to look directly at it.
D-3903: Despite not having hands, it somehow wielded a large black butchers knife. It must have been the length of my arm, but the only thing scarier than that creature was what it was doing. It is at this point that SCP-XXXX opens and an entity resembling D-3903 (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) emerges. SCP-XXXX proceeded to disappear afterwards. A pair of guards were sent to retrieve SCP-XXXX-1 for questioning. The following takes place before said guards arrive.
Ms. Grey: How does it feel? To be back?
D-3903: Great. I suppose you want to see me for questioning though.
Ms. Grey: Yep… Hey, can you do me a favor, and say something. I didn't see you use the communication device just now.
D-3903: Okay, how's this? I'm looking at the camera.
At this point the guards had entered SCP-XXXX's containment vault, and Ms. Grey triggered the alarm for a containment breach. See Incident Log XXXX-1 for more details.

The following occurred after an SCP-XXXX-1 instance emerged from SCP-XXXX.
The two guards sent to retrieve SCP-XXXX-1 (currently believed to be D-3903), were assaulted upon entering SCP-XXXX's containment vault. SCP-XXXX-1 managed to take them by surprise.
The resulting containment breach resulted in 9 casualties and 13 injuries, before SCP-XXXX-1 was successfully terminated by Agent Marco, who managed to ██████████. Following this incident, Junior Researcher Alice Grey has been missing, with the only thing left behind being the damaged communication device used to communicate with D-3903.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden door. Upon stepping through SCP-XXXX, an individual becomes superposed between an unknown amount of realities. Said individual will remain in this state until someone checks which reality they are in, destroying the other realities in the process.
A better explanation of this anomalous effect can be seen in the "Schrodinger Cat" thought experiment. If a cat is in a box, an outside observer would be unable to know if said cat was dead or alive without opening the box. As such, until the box is opened the cat is both dead and alive. This special state of being collapses upon opening the box, wherein the cat is either dead or alive.
Similar to how the cat can be both dead and alive, subjects who enter SCP-XXXX exist in multiple realities at once. Furthermore, like said cat, a subject inside of SCP-XXXX will only exist in one of those realities when someone checks their location. This can occur by communicating with said individual, or by reading transcripts of past conversations.

Dr. Grey: Do you know what D-class means?
D-3903: I assume it is some sort of security clearance code, or something.
Dr. Grey: No. It means disposable. The Foundation doesn't care if you die, just that you do what you're told.
D-3903: Ha, makes sense I suppose. I mean, they are offering death row and life sentence inmates an opportunity to be free after just a month. I guess-
Dr. Grey: No.
D-3903: What do-
Dr. Grey: That's not true. They aren't going to let you free in a month.
D-3903: But what about Fredrick? Hank? Jessica?
Dr. Grey: Dead. Terminated. Killed after a month.
D-3903: So that's what you meant by disposable… I found the door… I'll let you know what's on the other side.
D-3903: There are several pyramids in the distance. The sky is purple and the sand is green.
Dr. Grey: I really am sorry about… Well, about everything.
D-3903: It doesn't matter. I was gonna die either way.
Dr. Grey: Look, I dislike the termination policy, but I have-
D-3903: Can you do a dead man a favor?
Dr. Grey sighs
Dr. Grey: Sure.
D-3903: Can you please listen to my story? You're the last person I have a chance to convince that I'm not crazy. My mom died when I was about 3 months old. She was killed, by my father. Drowned in the bathtub of their new home.
D-3903: I was then sent to live with my Grandmother. She died when I was 7. I don't remember much of the following few years. It's as if there is a cloth covering my memories. The first thing I can clearly recall was when I was 12, and I was exiting a doctor's office after getting vaccinated for the flu.
D-3903: From that 5 year time span I vaguely remember something happening at my old school. Some sort of animal that was captured by animal control. I recall that the creature killed multiple teachers and students. I have a vague remembrance of the feeling I felt when I was adopted. Other than those two events I don't remember much else.
D-3903: I eventually graduated high school, and got a job at a lumber mill. I managed to make a small living, eventually settling down with a gal named Rebecca. She was perfect. A few days before our marriage a creature broke into our house. It was a tall and humanoid, but instead of hands and feet it had hooves. It was so skinny that one could count how many bones the creature had, and was covered in black leathery skin. However, by far the creepiest thing about it was its face. It looked like a hybrid of a deer skull and a humans face, almost like the two were haphazardly melted together. It hurt to look directly at it.
D-3903: Despite not having hands, it somehow wielded a large black butchers knife. It must have been the length of my arm, but the only thing scarier than that creature was what it was doing. It had killed Rebecca, and was spreading her organs all over our house. I did the only thing I could think of. I grabbed my hunters gun and shot, but the bullets did nothing. If anything, they went through him. Eventually it left… although I don't know how. I blinked and it was gone. My neighbors must have heard the gunshots coming from my house and called the police.
D-3903: Everyone thinks that I killed her. Maybe their right, and I am just a madman locked in a padded cell somewhere. But I know what I saw that day, and I swear to you that it was real. I have spent every day of my life since then thinking, wondering, why did she have to die? Why couldn't it have been me?
D-3903: When I told the police what had happened, they obviously didn't believe me. I was arrested, and charged with a life sentence. Then, one day a man offered me a chance out. A chance at redemption. I took it. Now I can only hope that I see her again when I… Well, you know… Kick the bucket.
Dr. Grey: Deri- I mean, D-3903, for what it is worth, I believe your story.
D-3903: Thanks. It is nice to know that at least someone out there thinks I'm not crazy. I am almost at the base of a pyramid. I can see the outline of the door from here. I should be able to reach it in about 20 or 30 minutes.
Dr. Grey: When you enter it, be sure to tell me what you see.
D-3903: Sure thing, Doctor Grey, sure thing.
There is relative silence for the next 27 minutes
D-3903: Okay, I am at the door.
D-3903: I see a mountain. It stretches as far as I can tell to the West and East, and its peak pierces the clouds. Behind me is nothing but the sky. I appear to be on some large sky island or something.
Dr. Grey: Do you think you could climb the mountain?
D-3903: Sure. It doesn't look too steep.
Several minutes of relative silence occurs
D-3903: Ya know, I've been thinking lately. If I am understanding this correctly, the Foundation's goal is to lock up weird shit.
Dr. Grey: What the Foundation does is not necessary information for you to know… But yes, that is a goal of the Foundation.
D-3903: Considering the fact that I am dying for the Foundation, I for one think that this information would be fairly necessary for me to know. I mean, I may as well at the very least know what cause I'm dying for.
Dr. Grey: Deri-, I mean, uhm, D-3903, please focus on your assignment.
D-3903: I am, I am. I'm about 30 meters up the damn thing. I was just a bit curious as to how you decide if something is weird.
Dr. Grey: You mean anomalous?
D-3903: Sure.
Dr. Grey: If it strays from what is considered normal, then it is an anomaly. Simple as that.
D-3903: But how do you decide what is normal? I mean, for the love of god, you guys aren't even locking up the goat guy!

D-3903: A few days ago I saw a goat man outside my holding cell. He was fiddling around with the control panel. When I asked him what the hell was going on, he just ignored me!

D-3903: Okay, I have reached a ledge. There appears to be another door… I am assuming you want me to enter?
Dr. Grey: Yep.
D-3903: I'm in a jungle. It's hot and wet, and there's thick foliage everywhere.
Dr. Grey: Is there anything special about the flora?
D-3903: The plants? No, least not that I can tell.
Dr. Grey: Bummer… Feel free to explore at your own leisure.
D-3903: Gotcha.
Several minutes of flora being pushed aside and crushed can be heard
D-3903: I was curious about something.
Dr. Grey: What?
D-3903: Your past. I mean, what did you do before, well, before this?
Dr. Grey: Nothing special, or nearly as exciting. I was a student at ███████████████. I studied biology, working part time as a barista to make ends meet. Eventually I managed to snatch an internship at ██████████.
Dr. Grey: I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It turns out, ██████████ is just a front company for the Foundation. Apparently my manager saw something special in me, because one day he asked me to his office, and introduced me to the Foundation.
Dr. Grey: He offered me a job here, and I accepted it. I mean, how could I refuse a chance to study some of the things he described to me. Flora that forced others to fall asleep, and fauna that made you lose interest in stuff… It was a dream come true.

The sound of static can be heard for just under a minute
Dr. Grey: Are you alright? What happened? Derick, can you hear me? I repeat, can you hear me?
A moan can be heard from D-3903
D-3903: Yeah, although I feel like I've been hit by a bus.
Dr. Grey: What happened?
D-3903: I… I'm not sure…
D-3903: I was walking when suddenly a deer appeared out of nowhere. But it wasn't right, it had 4 eyes, and its face… Ugh, its face…
D-3903: Its face was almost human like.
D-3903: I blinked… and now I'm here.
Dr. Grey: Where?
D-3903: A giant birds nest. I-
A screech that somewhat resembled that of an eagle mixed with a caribou and tiger can be heard. This is followed by panicked screams from D-3903, followed by static.
Ms. Grey was reprimanded for addressing herself as "Dr. Grey" instead of "Ms. Grey", as well as for giving D-Class personnel non-pertinent information. She was also reprimanded for addressing D-Class personnel by their name instead of their identification number.

Despite this, I still believe that Ms. Grey performed this experiment to an acceptable degree. It is important to remember that she was supposed to use this as an 'on hands' approach to learning and practicing these rules. Unfortunately, due to [DATA REDACTED] I couldn't be there to help achieve this goal. What is more is that Ms. Grey and I had been studying SCP-XXXX for a week. Due to this, I firmly believe that Ms. Grey should be excused from these violations.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden door. Upon stepping through SCP-XXXX, an individual becomes superposed between an unknown amount of realities. Said individual will remain in this state until someone checks which reality they are in, destroying the other realities in the process.
A better explanation of this anomalous effect can be seen in the "Schrodinger Cat" thought experiment. If a cat is in a box, an outside observer would be unable to know if said cat was dead or alive without opening the box. As such, until the box is opened the cat is both dead and alive. This special state of being collapses upon opening the box, wherein the cat is either dead or alive.

D-3903: Nothing. Well, not nothing, just grass. All I can see is a grassy plain and a giant tree. I have no idea where the door went.
Dr. Grey: Would it be possible for you to climb this tree?
D-3903: Sure. Not to brag or anything, but I used to be pretty good at climbin' trees back in my day.
Dr. Grey: Uh huh, sure.
The next 21 minutes are filled with the sound of grunting from D-3903 as he presumably climbs the tree

D-3903: Sure, sure. I'm on a branch that is way bigger than me, and when I look up all I see are leaves and wood, and… That's odd… I didn't notice before, but nestled in the leaves of the branch I am on is a door. It looks similar to the door I just stepped through a few moments ago.
Dr. Grey: Can you please enter the door, and tell me what you see upon entering said door?
D-3903: Sure thing.
D-3903: I see a red carpet. There are stone walls that seem to go on forever, lit by torches placed periodically. Behind me is another stone wall, and above me a stone ceiling.
Dr. Grey: So you're in a hallway?
D-3903: Yep. I guess I should start moving forward, try and find a way outta here.
Several minutes of footsteps can be heard
D-3903: So why do you call me 'D-3903'?
Dr. Grey: Huh?

D-3903: Sure, the blue moss looks like a fuzzy moss balls, but they are clumped together.

D-3903: It's not moss. Now that I am up close, it appears to be a flower. It has 5 violet petals.

Dr. Grey: Great! What is its interior like?
D-3903: This place looks like it was a shoe store, but none of the shoes on display look to be for humans. The shoes all appear to be in a weird Y shape.
Dr. Grey: Are there any other floors?
D-3903: Yeah, I see a staircase in the corner. Give me a sec, I'll let you know when I'm on the next floor.
The sound of steps in a metal hallway can be heard for several minutes
D-3903: Alright, I'm on… floor 42?! How?! I only walked a few flight of steps.
Dr. Grey: What is this floor like?
A door opening can be heard, followed by a thud and panicked scream from D-3903
D-3903: Holy shit, this place is a fucking deathtrap!

A better explanation of this anomalous effect can be seen in the "Schrodinger Cat" thought experiment. If a cat is in a box, an outside observer would be unable to know if said cat was dead or alive without opening the box. As such, until the box is opened the cat is both dead and alive. D-3903: From that 5 year time span I vaguely remember something happening at my old school. Some sort of animal that was captured by animal control. I recall that the creature killed multiple teachers and students. I have a vague remembrance of the feeling I felt when I was adopted. Other than those two events I don't remember much else.
D-3903: I eventually graduated high school, and got a job at a lumber mill. I managed to make a small living, eventually settling down with a gal named Rebecca. She was perfect. A few days before our marriage a creature broke into our house. It was a tall and humanoid, but instead of hands and feet it had hooves. It was so skinny that one could count how many bones the creature had, and was covered in black leathery skin. However, by far the creepiest thing about it was its face. It looked like a hybrid of a deer skull and a humans face, almost like the two were haphazardly melted together. It hurt to look directly at it.
D-3903: Despite not having hands, it somehow wielded a large black butchers knife. It must have been the length of my arm, but the only thing scarier than that creature was what it was doing. It had killed Rebecca, and was spreading her organs all over our house. I did the only thing I could think of. I grabbed my hunters gun and shot, but the bullets did nothing. If anything, they went through him. Eventually it left… although I don't know how. I blinked and it was gone. My neighbors must have heard the gunshots coming from my house and called the police.
D-3903: Everyone thinks that I killed her. Maybe their right, and I am just a madman locked in a padded cell somewhere. But I know what I saw that day, and I swear to you that it was real. I have spent every day of my life since then thinking, wondering, why did she have to die? Why couldn't it have been me?

D-3903: Fine, I see a tree. I ginormous tree. It must be at least 30, maybe even 40 meters wide, and at least twice as tall as a skyscraper.
Dr. Grey: And around the tree?
D-3903: Nothing. Well, not nothing, just grass. All I can see is a grassy plain and a giant tree. I have no idea where the door went.
Dr. Grey: Would it be possible for you to climb this tree?
D-3903: Sure. Not to brag or anything, but I used to be pretty good at climbin' trees back in my day.
Dr. Grey: Uh huh, sure.
The next 21 minutes are filled with the sound of grunting from D-3903 as he presumably climbs the tree
D-3903: Okay, I have reached a branch.
Dr. Grey: That's excellent! Co-
D-3903: Give me a sec, my legs aren't what they used to be.
Around 7 minutes of heavy breathing and panting from D-3903 can be heard
D-3903: What were you saying?
Dr. Grey: Can you describe your surroundings?
D-3903: Sure, sure. I'm on a branch that is way bigger than me, and when I look up all I see are leaves and wood, and… That's odd… I didn't notice before, but nestled in the leaves of the branch I am on is a door. It looks similar to the door I just stepped through a few moments ago.
Dr. Grey: Can you please enter the door, and tell me what you see upon entering said door?
D-3903: Sure thing.
D-3903: I see a waterfall with a pond at its base. It is in a small forest clearing, and all around me are trees. I can't see where the waterfall is flowing from.
Dr. Grey: Would it be possible for you to get a closer look, try and figure out where the waterfall originates from?
D-3903: Sure.
The sound of rushing water can be heard as D-3903 gets closer to the waterfall
D-3903: That's odd, the lake is the source of the waterfall.
Dr. Grey: What do you mean?
D-3903: It appears like the water is flowing upwards, although I have no idea how it is doing so.
Dr. Grey: That's so cool! I love this type of shit! Are there any other anomalous properties that are observable?
D-3903: There are some red birds circling around the waterfall, although I can't get a good look at them. They are pretty high up.
Dr. Grey: Ah, that's a shame. I wonder what type of diet they have, are they herbivores or carnivores? Maybe even omnivores… God, I wonder…
D-3903: There is a rock by the pond. If you like I could sit down and wait here for a few hours. Ya know, see if any come down here to rest and what not.
Dr. Grey: Go ahead, D-3903.
The next 72 minutes are spent in relative silence with nothing to listen to but the waterfall
D-3903: So, I've got a question.
Dr. Grey: Ask away.
D-3903: How the hell did you start working at the Foundation? I mean, I imagine applying for a company that you don't even know exists must be pretty hard.
Dr. Grey: That's the funny thing. When I first joined the Foundation I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It was my senior year of college, and I was trying to get an internship. Eventually, I got one for a company called ██████████. It turns out ██████████ was actually just a front company, being used to contain something…
D-3903: What?
Dr. Grey: I don't know. I don't have the security clearance needed to access the specific files related to ██████████… Or at least, not the security clearance needed to get the juicy stuff.
D-3903: So what happened then? I mean, I doubt this expedition you have sent me on is just part of a front company.
Dr. Grey: Ha, yeah. It was funny, after a month or two of working at ██████████, the manager must have thought I was special or something. He brought me to his office one morning, and introduced me to the Foundation and it's goals. It was then that my perception of reality forever changed.
D-3903: Talk about it, I mean, I'm still not sure where the fuck I am. The last normal thing I remember seeing was the door I walked through. Altho-
D-3903 suddenly stops talking, and a few seconds later a loud growling sound can be heard
D-3903: Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit!
Dr. Grey: D-3903, what's going on?
The sound of flapping and growling can be heard, followed shortly by a splashing sound. A few seconds later the sound of coughing can be heard
D-3903: I got attacked by a bird. It landed a few meters in front of me. After a few seconds it started growling and tried to stab my eyes out. I managed to dive into the pond, only for the damn thing to dive in with me. I noticed that the door was located at the bottom of the pond, so I swam as fast as I could towards it.
Dr. Grey: I see. Where are you now?
D-3903: I'm in a small stone room. There's no door, but there is a tiny barred window… Although when I look out the only thing I can see is an endless expanse of blue.
Dr. Grey: Try looking for a way out… A secret button or lever maybe.
D-3903: Will do.
Several minutes go by in relative silence
D-3903: So I've been thinking.
Dr. Grey: About what?
D-3903: Well, very clearly your Foundation locks up dangerous shit… I mean, why else would you have inmates being used as your guinea pigs.
Dr. Grey: Ugh, I hate that… That phrasing… Not everyone in the Foundation agree with the way we… 'treat' the D-Class.
D-3903: Ha, that's one way of putting it. But that's not what I'm curious about. What I want to know is this; why don't ya'll just destroy these things. I mean, it sounds like it would be a lot easier and less deadly.
Dr. Grey: Because we don't know what would happen. Hell, we aren't even sure how, or if, some of the things we contain can be killed.
D-3903: That's… disconcerting…
Dr. Grey: It is.
D-3903: But still, wouldn't it make the world a lot safer?
Dr. Grey: Look, I have only heard of a few termination attempts aimed at various anomalies, and rarely are they successful. But there was one, one anomaly that got killed. Now mind you, it wasn't by the Foundation, it was done by the GO-, I mean, by its previous owner. It was a relatively harmless anomaly. The only thing it did was teleport to nearby people who wanted to sit down. You know what happened when it was destroyed? It became a bag of killer mulch that killed people who made it feel threatened… It went from harmless to deadly because someone tried killing it.
Dr. Grey: At least when we keep these things alive we know what we're dealing with.
Dr. Grey: Anyway, have you found a way out yet?
D-3903: No. I've resorted to trying to remove the bars of the window.
Dr. Grey: How?
D-3903: I found a small rock in a corner… I think I may be able to use it as a very makeshift and shitty file.
Dr. Grey: Fair enough. Let me know if anything happens.
D-3903: Will do.
D-3903 has not made contact since then.
Ms. Grey was reprimanded for addressing herself as "Dr. Grey" instead of "Ms. Grey", as well as for giving D-Class personnel non-pertinent information. She was also reprimanded for addressing D-Class personnel by their name instead of their identification number.

We only know that this happens due to very short periods of a universal drop in hume levels that occur while reading the SCP-XXXX file. The only recorded Open Box Event is the SCP-XXXX file. We don't know how we obtained SCP-XXXX, nor its file.
A list of theoretically possible Open Box Events that would result in major changes can be seen in Addendum 1.
Due to the risk of some of these Open Box Events, we decided to make a deal with SCP-XXXX. This deal managed to neutralize SCP-XXXX by reducing the amount of possible Open Box Events to those seen in Addendum 2.
However, by removing the other possible Open Box Events we broke the chains that contained SCP-████. SCP-████ is an entity that can control which state a superposed particle collapses into, effectively making it a reality shaper.
The difference between reality benders and a reality shaper is as follows:
