Description:
Artistic representation of KTE-2235 over a 3-D representation of the cave.
Threat entity appears to be a dodecahedron of unknown material suspended in the middle of a cave below Lake ████████, Quebec, Canada. The cave is multi-leveled with several branches. The uppermost branch is around 3,000m below the lake floor, and in total, the system is around 200m wide. There is a near-total vacuum in the cave, with the section containing KTE-2235 having pulled a total vacuum. KTE-2235 appears to convert all forms of energy it contacts into heat with 100% efficiency. It is currently self-containing, as the ambient temperatures are not enough to liquify, boil, or sublimate any of the surrounding minerals. KTE-2235 cannot be viewed via any traditional means because all photons would be absorbed, releasing more heat and not illuminating the entity. The entity and the surrounding cave have been reconstructed digitally using PET, CT, and laser scan results.
Rules of Engagement:
Further scans of KTE-2235 must be approved by The Council of 108 before conduction, as the gamma waves required to image the cave may collide with KTE and release heat. All drilling efforts must ensure a near-total vacuum is pulled in chambers already drilled, and the whole entrance chamber is to be fitted with multiple air-tight seals. Members going into the cave surrounding KTE-2235 must be fitted with CO2 containers and oxygen recyclers to allow for the longest possible stay. Members are encouraged to stay 5m away from KTE-2235. No lights are to be used to view KTE-2235. KTE-2235 is to be concealed indefinitely from the public and all agencies.The moment suitable and safe procedures to destroy KTE-2235 are formulated, KTE-2235 must be destroyed.

Overview: While investigating separate entity PTE-████, a PET scan discovered a parathreat underneath Lake ████████.
Parathreat Evidence: Said parathreat (now designated as PTE-2235) was suspended in a cave—no explanation for this behavior besides anomalous means.
Additionally, the cave is a near-total vacuum.Suggested Response/Requests: A GOC Thaumaturgist is requested to apportate one gram of water into said cave to determine the appropriate response level.

Overview: PTE-2235 converts energy it contacts into heat at near 100% efficency.
Parathreat Evidence: "P.D.M." was able to apportate one gram of water above PTE-2235. No traces of water, hydrogen gas, or oxygen gas found in scans afterwards. Ambient temperature raised by $1/20$ths of a degree, consistent with the bond enthalpies in a gram of water.
Suggested Response/Requests: Referal to PTOLEMY over the concealment of a drilling operation to PTE-2235. All other testing proposals canceled without a supermajority decision of all relevant bodies. KTE-2235-"Lovelock" designation granted. Possible threats to First and Second Missions determined. Designated response level 1.

Black liquid similar to KTE-2235 has been described in various locations around the world. Hume levels around these puddles are consistently decreasing. An entity named "Jessica" rose from a slurry in northern Oregon. She listed off several superfluous facts about her life, including but not limited to her abnormally high IQ, her doctorate in Drama History and Theory and Chemistry, her extensive family tree, and her connection to several royal families. Several bystanders surrounded her as she explained that she was the last human left of her universe. She pulled out a plastic clipboard from behind her back and mentioned that she had something very important for everyone to look at.
65 people were killed and 132 were injured in a series of riots—sparked by mass hysteria. The plastic clipboard was recovered 14 hours later, after the deaths of 37 personnel. After personnel with SCRAMBLE headgear removed the clipboard from "Jessica", GOC members eventually liquidated the entity, needing only one bullet to do so. Clipboard liquidated shortly after.
