Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell. It is recommended to equip a cell with basic facilities, according to the object’s wishes. Upon object’s requests, leisure activities, with the exception of literature, related to the exact sciences, could be allowed. This will allow to restrain the object, limiting the areas of knowledge in which it has questions. The internet access requests could be approved to the subject for limited session time, but only under bilateral monitoring of them by employees with a clearance level not lower than the third: one, directly observing the object, and the second, performing remote monitoring of the screen through an audit program. All traffic must be passed through the firewall, the white list of which contains pages with: literature (without technical terms in it), liberal arts textbooks, various kinds of entertainment content, except technical. The list can be expanded by employees with clearance level 4/XXXX. Avoid contacting SCP-XXXX with people intelligent creatures with education or extensive knowledge in the field of exact sciences.
To work with the object are allowed employees not falling under the description above, and having an IQ less than 110. People with IQ > 110 without technical education are not recommended to interact with the object, despite the impossibility of degradation due to a lack of knowledge at the time of contact, discomfort will continue to appear, and in worse shape, the higher the subject’s IQ. An employee, assigned to the SCP-XXXX must undergo a psychiatric examination for suicidal tendencies.
Description: SCP-XXXX is 17 years old swarthy Asian man with black hair, brown eyes and average physique. Outwardly indistinguishable from an ordinary human. Wear image glasses as a permanent accessory. Prefers oriental (mostly traditional Japanese) clothing style.
Has suicidal tendencies, presumably arised from anomalous effect.
Anomalous effect: The impact of SCP-XXXX is manifested in causing people intelligent creatures with an education or extensive knowledge of the exact sciences, discomfort when coming into direct contact with object on a subject's competence. Depending on the duration and frequency of contact, the consequences range from mild headaches to serious mental and health problems. These feelings are offset by the excitement for explanation that occurs in the subject when he communicates with SCP-XXXX, which prevents him from breaking contact with the object. The subject's growing interest in dialogue may lead to inability to stop the conversation on his own. As a rule, this effect manifests itself after 20-35 minutes of continuous dialogue on the topic of interest to SCP-XXXX, but the exact time depends heavily on the personal qualities of the subject, as well as on the degree of interest of the object in communicating with subject. When the duration of a single contact is more than 45 minutes, a memetic effect is manifested, which consists in a degradation of the subject's knowledge of the subject of conversation directly proportional to the time of communication, up to complete incompetence. According to the level of knowledge, the subject's ability to learn in this area of knowledge also irreversibly decreases. Frequent short contacts do not give such effect, leading only to a deterioration of health. A single contact lasting more than 2 hours in a row or with interruptions, lasting less than 30 minutes, leads to the disappearance of all knowledge in technical areas, the ability to think logically (mainly in SCP-XXXX-B1), as well as ethical standards of behavior and the acquisition of the status of SCP-XXXX-B. The anomalous effect of SCP-XXXX, in contact at the same time, apply to groups up to three subjects inclusive. After passing this threshold, the object loses the ability to concentrate on the knowledge it receives and becomes harmless to those who speak to it.
There are two types of SCP-XXXX-B: SCP-XXXX-B1 wander around aimlessly, not understanding the road and interacting with the environment mainly aggressively, SCP-XXXX-B2, in turn, attract the attention of other people to the object and try to made them by fragmentary phrases or, in case of disobedience, by force, to talk to him. Subjects are less likely to become SCP-XXXX-B2 than SCP-XXXX-B1, due to the need for the subject to have high stress tolerance or absent-mindedness. In the absence of potential victims of SCP-XXXX-B2 exhibit social skills, knocking in the group and jointly solving problems for the extraction of SCP-XXXX-B1, obviously used to be a food, and organize expeditions beyond the area of their own distribution with the aim to entice new intelligent creatures to SCP-XXXX.
After contact, SCP-XXXX's knowledge of the subject of conversation increases for some time, depending directly on the duration of the conversation, the level of knowledge of each subject, and the number of subjects, being compiled from the data received from each subject. This provokes the release of a large dose of dopamine into the object's bloodstream, thereby forcing him to parasitize subjects who are ready to contact him, up to the point of turning them into SCP-XXXX-B. In case of a long absence around suitable victims, the object falls into a state resembling depression, suicidal tendencies are aggravated: withdrawal effect affects. In this case, a Foundation's psychologist's visit to the object is recommended.
History of placement: SCP-XXXX was discovered in 20██ in the ██████ city, Russia, after local hospitals began to receive inadequately large number of people with migraines. Intelligence agents arrived at the site and encountered several SCP-XXXX-B2, which led them to the object. Upon entering into verbal contact with SCP-XXXX, the agents soon felt a moderate headache, and then, according to the instructions for such cases, requested support from MTF Omicron-111. Arriving at the area an hour and a half later, the «Malachite Earwig» found signs of a struggle, SCP-XXXX, ██ SCP-XXXX-B1, 6 SCP-XXXX-B2, as well as 3 Foundation agents in an unconscious state. After the manifestation of aggression, all SCP-XXXX-B2 individuals were eliminated, the object was captured and taken to Site-16 for further classification and maintenance. A raid of operatives in ██████ eliminated all SCP-XXXX-B in the area, local residents were treated with Class B amnesiac, and was given a legend about an outbreak of infection that claimed the lives of ██ people. All Foundation agents affected by SCP-XXXX upon first detection succumbed to rehabilitation.

Omicron-11-Actual: Moving towards the target in small groups, ready to shoot. (Hereafter, comments of the members of the Omicron-11 group are translated from the sign language recorded on the video recorders of the group members)
Omicron-11 moves through the development in groups of two, approaching the building.
Group 2 suddenly lies on the ground.
Omicron-11-3 points to a figure walking away from the building.
Omicron-11-3 via PDA: Permission to tranquilization, Actual?
Omicron-11-Actual via PDA: I forbid tranquilization.
Omicron-11-Actual via PDA to the entire MTF: We are waiting for the disappearance of the witness on 10 o'clock and continue moving towards the goal.
After 7 minutes, the groups continue moving towards the building.
Omicron-11-Actual: We are going in two by two, looking for agents ██████, ████ and █████████. Fire in self-defense is allowed.
Groups enter the building and begin moving through the floors.
Omicron-11-6 via PDA to the entire MTF: Attacked by a group of █ people on the third floor. We shot to kill. █ deaths confirmed. We aren't hurt.
The organization of the attackers suggests that they are SCP-XXXX-B2. The groups continue their search, encountering disorganized resistance from SCP-XXXX-B1.
Omicron-11-2 via PDA to the entire MTF: We found the Foundation's agents. There is an object in the room with them. We force him to cooperate. Agents need medical attention.
The Omicron-11-2's video recorder captures a room with signes of a struggle. The agents in an unconscious state have visible bruises, and their clothes are torn in places.
Omicron-11-Actual shares the location with other groups and requests medical transport to the evacuation point.
Omicron-11-Actual forces by gestures the object to kneel and put his hands behind his head.
SCP-XXXX: Wha… What are you doing? We were just talking!
Omicron-11-2 pulls out plastic handcuffs and, being under cover of Omicron-11-Actual, pulls the obbject's hands together.
Groups are drawn together to the place where agents are found.
SCP-XXXX to Omicron-11-4: Can you help me? I can't understand the proof of this theorem, even though these guys tried desperately to help me.
SCP-XXXX pushes a notebook filled with mathematical symbols across the floor toward to Omicron-11-4.
An unexpected action by SCP-XXXX provokes Omicron-11-2 to use force. Omicron-11-4, in violation of the instructions, glances at the notebook and winces, hastily looking away.
Omicron-11-4 via PDA to the entire MTF: The notebook has an anomalous effect, an insulating container is required
Omicron-11-5 passes the Omicron-11-4 container, the notebook is put inside.
The group with SCP-XXXX, the notebook, and the Foundation agents in an unconscious state is moved to the evacuation point.
Log of interrogation:
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Sluss: Okay, it is… 03/28/20██, SCP-XXXX is being questioned by Dr. Guyman Sluss, there is laboratorian █████ with me. SCP-XXXX, introduce yourself.
SCP-XXXX: I'm ████████ ████, and could you call me so?
Dr. Sluss: Unfortunately, it is not possible, yet. Tell me, are you aware of your abilities?
SCP-XXXX: What are you talking about?
Dr. Sluss: Got it, do you remember the circumstances of your arrest?
SCP-XXXX: Yep, sure.
Dr. Sluss: There were lots of acting weird people in the building and surrounding area. And we suppose, it's related to you.
SCP-XXXX: I swear, we were just talking! I guess they just ran out of patience and got away from me.
Dr. Sluss: What do you mean by "just talking"?
SCP-XXXX: Well, the last time the guys in suits tried to explain how definite integrals work, and at some point they just tried to refuse it. Those who chatted with me before, apparently, did not like this idea. I am very sorry that these guys were made to explain by force, but it is very pleasant for me to get knowledge, so…
Laboratorian █████: (in a low voice) What could not be understood in integrals?
The conversation between the laboratorian █████ and SCP-XXXX was not interrupted for half an hour at the request of the Dr. Sluss. The laboratorian got warning for behavior that does not correspond to the standard of the scientific employee. The cost of the examination and painkillers will be deducted from his salary as a penalty.
Note: This time, a verbal warning. Next time, Dr. Sluss, you'll get a reprimand. It's not the first time you let your employees do too much, instead of immediately suspending them from participating in the process if they violate the instructions.

Test Log:
Test #1
Subject: D-1342
Annotation: D-1342 has extensive knowledge in the field of robotics.
Subject's task: Conduct a dialogue with SCP-XXXX on the topic of robotics.
Log: 6 minutes after starting of communication, D-1342 reported feeling stuffy. After another 7 minutes, the subject «felt something wrong with his head». After 20 minutes from the beginning of the experiment, D-1342 declared the stupidity of the object in an irritated tone and began to use insults in his address in the explanation. After Dr. ████████'s (staff psychologist) remark D-1342 apologized and continued normal communication. Over next 10 minutes, D-1342 reported an increased headache several times, after which the complaints faded away. From 30 to 45 minutes from the beginning of the experiment, the subject waved off questions about how he felt, not wanting to be distracted from the conversation and only occasionally showing a desire to take narcotic painkillers. After 45 minutes and up to 2 hours, the subject increasingly noted that his mental abilities "seemed to drain away", while SCP-XXXX, judging by the course of the discussion, began to understand subject of conversation better and better. During this time, the subject gradually lost the ability to conduct a meaningful dialogue. About two hours later, the subject tried to bite the guard, after which he was neutralized.
Conclusion: SCP-XXXX in the process of communication somehow gains the subject's knowledge about the topic of conversation, depriving the subject of this knowledge, while gradually degrading his ability to communicate and think.
Note: D-1342 has been assigned the status SCP-XXXX-B1-██. Further research involving SCP-XXXX-B1-██ is required.
Test #2
Subject: D-41310
Annotation: D-41310 has an IQ of about 127 points (the average value of 4 tests, with the lowest value-119 points), the subject does not have specific knowledge in technical field.
Subject's task: Conduct a dialogue with SCP-XXXX about the exact sciences in general.
Log: Up to 30 minutes from the beginning of the experiment, the signs repeat the previous experiment. Further, the subject shows some resistance to the effects of SCP-XXXX, namely, he has no expressed desire to talk. At the same time, the headache continues to increase, although less intensively than in the previous experiment. After 50 minutes of the experiment, the subject jumped up and practically ran to the exit, where he was stopped by security and put back in place. For the next 15 minutes, D-41310 reported fatigue, and eventually fell asleep. The subject's condition did not appear to be in a coma, but there was no reaction to external stimuli. D-41310 slept for 6 hours and 32 minutes, after which he passed a series of psychological tests, as well as an IQ test. The results did not differ from those obtained before the experiment. The subject continued to experience a headache, although less than during the experiment. The pain was suppressed by taking NSAIDs.
Conclusion: For subjects who have an intelligence quotient above a certain threshold (presumably 110-115 points) and do not have specific knowledge in technical areas, the effect of SCP-XXXX is incomplete: there are no signs of degradation. Headaches and feelings of discomfort seem to depend on the subject's IQ.
Note: it is recommended to D-41310 to visit a staff psychologist every 2 days for 14 days from the end of the experiment to detect possible deviations from the normal mental state.
Test #3
Subject: SCP-XXXX-B1-██ (D-1342)
Object: 1 copy of the SCP-500 pill, reproduced with SCP-038 right before the start of the experiment.
Log: During the first 30 minutes, the subject did not exhibit any behavior unusual for his current state. Then, stretching out his hands, he closed his eyes and screamed, then grabbed his head and began to pull out clumps of hair. The attempt of guard █████ to immobilize SCP-XXXX-B1-██ with a taser was not successful. The subject threw █████ away, tore the wires from the stun gun that had fallen to the ground, and ran towards the unconscious guard, after which he was eliminated by the second security officer.
Conclusion: Either SCP-500 is not able to cure such a human mutation, or the copy of SCP-500 was ineffective, or it needs more time to have an effect on the subject.
Note: More research is required regarding the effects of SCP-500 on SCP-XXXX-B.
- Dr. Guyman Sluss
Test #4
Subject: D-11232
Annotation: D-11232 suffers from an absent-mindedness, and also has knowledge in the field of differential equations.
Subject's task: Conduct a dialogue with SCP-XXXX and determine his level of knowledge on this topic.
Log: In the first 10 minutes, D-11232 conducted a knowledge test on the object and concluded that SCP-XXXX generally had knowledge comparable to a Grade 10 C-student. In addition, D-11232 noted strange attempts by the object to find the derivative of a function at a point where the function is not defined. [After the test was completed, the subject was given the task of explaining SCP-XXXX's mistakes.] During the analysis of the test that SCP-XXXX wrote, the subject showed the same signs as the subject of the first experiment. When it came to explaining to the object his misstakes related to trying to calculate the derivative of a function in a region where it is not defined, the subject's well-being deteriorated sharply. After 2 hours from the beginning of the experiment, D-11232, having some difficulties in constructing sentences, asked the security officer to join. After several refusals, the subject attacked him and tried to force him to talk with object. The guards neutralized the subject with a stun gun and batons.
Conclusion: If the subject is absent-minded, after 2 hours, he becomes SCP-XXXX-B2. SCP-XXXX-B2 is characterized by communication, albeit difficult, with people and attempts to engage them in conversation with the object.
Note: D-11232 has been assigned the status SCP-XXXX-B2-█.
Test #5
Subject: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Note: An intelligent creature. For full information regarding to this research, employees with clearance level 4/XXXX can contact Dr. Sluss.
Annotation: According to a rough estimate, the subject's IQ is about 90 points. Specific technical knowledge was instilled to the subject by [DATA EXPUNGED]. D-47442 was treated with Class A amnesiacs after it was done.
Subject's task: [REDACTED]
Log: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Conclusion: The impact of SCP-XXXX extends not only to humans, but also to other intelligent creatures, presumably [REDACTED], with the exclusion of [REDACTED]. In addition, if a creature is [REDACTED], the impact is increased proportionally to [DATA EXPUNGED].
Note: Because of the possible threat of violation of the containment procedures of some objects, the safety-committee of the Site-16 decided to partially classify this report, and also prepared SCP - ███ and SCP - ████ for transportation to the Site-█.
