PROJECT OUTLINE

.

Project AEUTOPIA1 is a multi-stage operation, with the goal of manufacturing an anomalous environment specifically engineered to preserve American values and lives in the event of a nuclear attack. This project has been realized due to the increasing threat of nuclear war with the Soviet Union.

A contract between the American government and its ex-subsidiary2 The Factory has been developed - in exchange for supplies (rations, weaponry, paratech), Chairman Jeffrey Bateman will assume the role of PENTAGRAM Shadow Treasurer, and Anomalous Assets advisor to President Reagan.

A remote location in central Indiana3 has been selected for this purpose, and is presently under construction. Scientists acquired from OBSKURA during Operation Paperclip have been placed in charge of constructing its defenses and managing resources.

Meanwhile, a team of freelance occultists have been recruited to summon humanoid-adjacent psychotropic entities4. Two entities from the outer plane5 have expressed desire to cooperate with the project; they will operate under the codenames of MILLER and RAIMIS for the time being.

With current budgeting projections and construction time, the bulk of AEUTOPIA will be finished by next year. It is presently believed that the Indiana bastion (name pending) will be 1.421 yards in size, and house at least 21,000 people. Once this is complete, a scouting team under the guise of real estate agents will be deployed to find6 suitable subjects to reside within the bastion.
