Containment Procedures: A complete prevention of the spread of SCP-XXXX-J instances is currently not possible due to manifestations being extremely varied and unpredictable.
Containment efforts are focused on the censorship of relevant content and mitigating any possible information breaches.
Description: SCP-XXXX-J is an anomalous podcast, referred to by its hosts as, and published under the name of "Scp Restauarnt" [sic]. Each episode of SCP-XXXX-J (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-J instances) features a review-style show, discussing and rating the contents of a random SCP object document. Hosts of SCP-XXXX-J appear to believe the documents to be science fiction. How information from the SCiPnet database is gained in the first place is currently unknown. SCP-XXXX-J instances are published on a weekly basis and never have the same host, with the recording quality, review style and publishing method constantly changing.
SCP-XXXX-J instances have to date been observed being published in the following forms:
- Uploaded to the streaming service Spotify
- Uploaded to the website YouTube as a video
- Uploaded to the website Facebook as a video advertisement
- Contained in a Sony brand tape deck sold on eBay
- Replacing the default ringtone of all Nokia N95 phones
- Uploaded to the workshop section of the games client Steam for the game Garry's Mod, in the form of a sound file that plays whenever a weapon is used in-game
- Uploaded to iTunes
All accounts linked to these activities have existed on these sites for several years, albeit with no prior or following activity.
