Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for Researcher Breen (SCP-XXXX-1) and the gun holding their consciousness (SCP-XXXX-2).

SCP-XXXX-1, now unresponsive as of July 13th, 2010, was a specialist in xenophysiology and anomalinguistics. They held a position within the Foundation for nine years and oversaw seven SCPF projects. They were recently permitted a month-long absence from their duties to spend time with their family.

SCP-XXXX-2 is a [placeholder] model handgun held in Dr. Breen's left hand.

SCP-XXXX-1 and -2 become active when they feel it is necessary to communicate. SCP-XXXX-1 and -2 communicate in tandem by -1 moving their left arm and fingers to fire -2 with impressive accuracy.

Dr. Breen is now connected to a gun. The Foundation is learning what happened and about their current situation

• Discovered in home, unresponsive.
  • Authorities arrive and try to remove the gun from his hand.
  • Gun fires, shooting the offender.
  • Foundation comes in and takes the body
• Gun is held in left arm. Able to shoot and aim.
• Foundation holds interviews, starting simple "yes or no" to more complex sentence building techniques (QWERTY targets?).
• Breen does not know how this happened. Breen is scared.
• Breen does not want to be separated from the gun. Afraid of possible death.
• Gun jams in the middle of interview explaining the events leading up the the incident.
• Foundation chooses not to dismantle the gun
  • Difficult maneuvering the gun to be taken apart
  • No knowledge of what could happen to Breen if the gun is stripped.
• It is decided to leave Breen alone and on an IV, so as to keep him alive while the Foundation makes a decision on whether it is worth it to tear apart the gun.
