You arrive in a dark hallway, the lights flicker dimly and a figure is visible in the gloom. He draws closer and you tense up.

The knot in your chest grows tighter as he draws closer and you tense up, you shout into the darkness, "Who is that in the gloom?"

Who is that in the gloom?

Well who is that I hear calling out to me from the gloom? Do I hear the dulcet tones of a site director?

Doctor Harbinger! I should have known, but where are we and what's that voice?

The Director is helped to their feet by Doctor Harbinger and questions how they arrived in such a gloomly place. I don't think "gloomly" is a word, yeah, no, it's gloomy. They arrived in such a gloomy place.

Wherever we are, I don't think it's the afterlife, and that voice is acting like some sort of narrator, loosely describing our actions.

Here, come with me, everybody else should be up ahead, unless this place changed again.

          It changes? In what way?

The two begin walking until they enter Site-██'s cafeteria, where members of the O5 Council sit, deep in talk. Some Level-4 staff stand guard at the entrance holding rifles. And they're standing guard because there's, like, an apocalypse happening. Maybe zombies or something similar.

Emphasis on loosely, and it changes like that. Whatever the Narrator says is happening starts happening, even when it clearly wasn't happening before.

At least we have guns now.

Way to stay on the positive side of things, but we had guns before, then they went away, and now we have them again.

But I found out that the Narrator can sort of be manipulated in a way, just watch this.

I am going to write this down on a computer.

Doctor Harbinger—while rummaging around—happens upon a much needed computer in the corner of Site-██'s cafeteria while rummaging around. He needs this computer in order to write something down, but I didn't tell him to write something down; that's a bit weird. Oh whatever, it's fine, he just needs this computer in order to write something down.

And just like that I got my hands on a computer.

It seems like the Narrator is questioning itself.

Yes, we've noticed this as well. It also seems to focus on the newest thing in this place, which would be you. So I apologize for going through you to find out more about it.
