Special Containment Procedures: Artificial Intelligence Construct TSATPWTCOTTTADC.aic is to continually review SCiPNET servers for references to a "Site-5". These references are then to be expunged and replaced with an affirmation that there is no Site-5. Any assertions that Site-5 is home to any sapient human entity or any references to stairwells within Site-5 are to be isolated and delivered to the local system administrator for review.
Cooperation is to be achieved with aerospace agencies to delete SCP-XXXX from all publicly available satellite photographs and maps. A perimeter of at least ten patrol boats is to be maintained at least 0.4 kilometers from SCP-XXXX proper. Civilian boats are to be turned away under the cover story that the island has been contaminated by a deadly radioactive agent.
Any entities seen leaving SCP-XXXX are to be brought on board the patrol boats and put into containment for analysis. Hostile entities may be terminated if necessary. Any entity that does not resemble a human upon physical inspection are to be terminated immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 6.4-hectacre (16 acre) artificial island located 75 miles south of Greenland. It consists of numerous concrete structures in various states of disrepair. These structures have marking identifying the location as "Site-5". A site with this number has never existed.
It is believed that SCP-XXXX contains a number of cognitohazardous anomalies that are currently isolated on the island. Current priority in regards to SCP-XXXX is to ascertain the nature of and, if possible, contain these entities, due to the effect that they may have on the populace at large.
Additional Notes: SCP-XXXX was discovered due to an ongoing series of revisions to files within SCiPNET information severs, tentatively designated SCP-XXXX-A. Revisions made by SCP-XXXX-A were not associated with any SCiPNET accounts and added references to a nonexistant "Site-5" to SCiPNET files. Although these changes were mostly minor, one revision to the SCP-3296 included coordinates that led to the discovery of SCP-XXXX.

During Exploration 01, Team Z9 discovered no traces of life, aside from vegetation. The fate of the entities seen prior are unknown. Exploration of SCP-XXXX's containment buildings revealed no anomalies outside of non-anomalous esoteric chemicals presumably left behind by other anomalies. Several cadavers were originally discovered within the human resources building; however, later examination revealed these cadavers were, in fact, memetic agents designed to look like cadavers.
However, numerous statistical oddities present within the SCP-XXXX project have been noted by staff. One of these anomalies is the fact that the Site-20 human resources department recorded sending a team of 125 staff members to the SCP-XXXX research boat; however, there were only 50 personnel, including D-class, aboard by the beginning of the mission.
