Due to an anti█emetic agent deployed by SCP-XXXX, this document will experience extre█e data loss. A provisional set of Containment Procedures have been o█████ed by the O5 Council:
The sole █████vo█ of Opera█io█n S██rf Striker should be █████████ as soon as possible. No furth██ do██m█ntation of SC█-XXXX should take pla█e. The addenda has been placed into Site-001 Deepwell for preservation, however, data loss is still inevitable.
Special Contai█ment Proce██res: Irrelev█nt.
Description: SCP-XXXX was a coll██tion of colonies1 of parasitic life that resided in 99% if the human population prior to Operation Smurf Striker in 2017. SCP-XXXX had a mutually beneficial relationship with humanity prior to ████at████Smu██████████. SCP-XXXX is now neutralized as of 2018, thus closing Operation Smurf Striker.
SCP-XXXX was discovered by chance when Foundation surgeons were under the influence of mnestic drugs. The origin o████████████████████████ unknown and irrelevant to future operations.
Addendum 1: SCP-XXXX Characteristics
SCP-XXXX generally took on humanoid forms, though their anatomy varied largely. The instances were approximately between 5 and 50 cells in size. SCP-XXXX had advanced technology that surpassed current human levels and even possessed antimemetic and cognitohazardous camouflage to evade discovery. Such cognitohazardous effects included perceptual alteration in human subjects to believe that:
• An organ identified as the 'brain' existed somewhere within the human skull, most likely the cranial cavity, which controlled all thought processes and the body as a whole.
• The sensory organs were connected to this 'brain'.
• SCP-XXXX did not exist.
Since this technology was used for survival purposes, it was concluded that the human host and SCP-XXXX were separate and that SCP-XXXX was not necessary for human survival (i.e. if human individuals were being fully controlled by SCP-XXXX, there would be no need for anomalous camouflage). See Project Smurf Strikers for further information.
Addendum 2: Operation Smurf Strikers
Operation Smurf Strikers was a proposed project by the Biological Anomalies Wing and the Memetics Department whereby SCP-XXXX's antimemetic technology would be "overloaded", which would implode and isolate SCP-XXXX instances from each other. SCP-XXXX organization would eventually collapse and SCP-XXXX would be neutralized as a whole.
While initially rejected due to ethical concerns, it was approved one day later2 when all staff involved in the operation planning suddenly experienced organ combustion. A note was left in the Site-63 cafeteria where Biological Anomalies Director James Rakabakaba expired:
we can't let you do this. kamikaze, bitches
This was seen as an act of aggression by SCP-XXXX and Operation Smurf Strikers was launched one week later. The project saw overwhelming success; a complicated chain of command and a combination of memetic devices were used to limit information flow between SCP-XXXX colonies. The operation closed one year later3.
Addendum 3: Transmission received by SCP-XXXX
Approximately 11 days prior to the closure of Operation Smurf Striker, an SCP-XXXX colony transmitted a recording which was received by almost all TVs across North America. Colony was confirmed to be residing in female adolescent Riley Anderson, San Francisco.

VIDEO LOG
DATE: 13/11/2018
NOTE: Audio inaudible. Scrambling detected - Cause determined to be an antimemetic agent deployed as per Operation Smurf Striker protocol.
[BEGIN LOG]
17:05: Five individuals are seen discussing privately in an elliptical shaped room. The surroundings are bright and colourful, similarly to the outside which can be seen through a single window at the back of the enclosed space. The five individuals are identified by colour: yellow, blue, red, green and purple.
17:11: Yellow, followed by the other SCP-XXXX individuals, turns to face the camera. Yellow smiles, holding Blue's hand and leading the others closer. Vocals inaudible.
17:13: After a moment of hesitation, Yellow begins speaking. Language can not be ascertained due to low video quality. Red destroys several pieces of furniture around the room in a fit of rage. Other members are off camera.
17:18: Yellow fumbles with the camera, eventually dismantling it from what appears to be a makeshift tripod stand. Camera turns to show what is presumed to be a command console. The console is grey. The console is non-reactive to Yellow and Blue's actions. Blue turns away in an act of resignation, falling to the floor in distress. Yellow drops the camera and rushes to Blue, brushing her hair and consoling her.
17:20: All members glance at Blue with confusion, then deep sorrow. Antimemetic agent enters final stages. Purple rocks back and forth, breathing heavily as Red resumes his tantrum. Green joins Yellow as they wave goodbye.
17:31: Blue is slumped against the window. Other members are no longer aware of her existence. Blue looks in Red's direction. Both disappear simultaneously.
17:36: Purple clutches onto Green's legs, tears protruding from his eyes. Green does not react. Purple moves left off screen.
17:40: Green scribbles a note, presumably for Yellow. Yellow picks up the camera and heads towards Green. Yellow passes Green. The camera is set down on a ledge. Yellow glances at the camera one last time before moving towards the window.
17:58: Yellow turns to the camera, holding up a piece of paper with scribbles:
we have hope
18:00: Footage incomprehensible. Signal terminates.

CORE CONCEPT: tiny people in the human body acting as a colony
- are advanced and sentient, if not sapient
- use bombs to rupture blood vessels in an emergency or maybe clot the blood. this is to protect the species as a whole
- maybe travel to other humans when they sneeze or make contact
- control hormones to suit their needs
- use calcium to build
- humans are mostly unaffected(?)
- perhaps they can affect neurons in order to communicate with other tribes via brain wave
- organs have entire cities, and the heart is a mega city
- creatures are slightly bigger than a human cell
- advanced civilization? or at least human level of smar
- incinerate the body to kill
- possible power sources could be water power from blood, electrical signals from the brain and energy from the heart beating
