Welcome to my Sandbox!
My box of sand is here, thanks for stopping by!
I don't really have much to say, but the latest draft / SCP that I am working on will be the 1st available tab.
I have a sandbox on the RPC Wiki as well. If you have stumbled across this one unexpectedly, then go here. I have more stuff over there.
NOTE 10/7/2019: I have made a new page for all my discontinued / finished / scrapped drafts, because this page's code has gotten really messy and hard to work with. You can find a link to that page here.

Happy reading!
Damien & Co Theme:
I made a quick little theme on the CSS Theme Preparation Tool. You can find it here. Feel free to use it in any of your works, however it would make most sense if you used it on Damien Co or furniture related SCP objects.
If you are going to use it, make sure to change any dividers / code blocks with differently colored text or a background to #000000 or a similar color. If you don't, you might have a huge white block, or invisible text in the middle of the black background, and it won't look ideal.
This theme is subject to change, as there are a few small issues with it that I will hammer out soon.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4788 events cannot be postponed, therefore the anomaly can only be contained through the use of amnesiacs, termination of affected subjects, and lack of public knowledge. Amnesiacs are to be administered through the local water supply, or by aircraft.
Description: SCP-4788 is an anomalous event that sporadically occurs in any location on Earth inhabited by human life. The event of SCP-4788 will become clear after approximately 3 minutes after the initial occurrence, in which a large body of mist1 will cover the nearby area. SCP-4788-A has been described to have a faint red hue, and is believed to be composed of multiple anomalous materials.
All residents that are in the affected area are to be instructed to stay inside their homes, as multiple anomalous entities2 will begin to manifest 4 minutes after SCP-4788-A's initial appearance, and have been considered as extra-terrestrial beings. Additionally, during the SCP-4788 event, radio and television broadcast interruptions become more frequent. The broadcast interruption's main goal is to persuade individuals watching the broadcast to go outside, and to disregard the protocols given by the Emergency Alert System (EAS).
An instance of SCP-4877-1.
SCP-4788-1 instances take on multiple humanoid forms; mostly as a disproportionate gray humanoid. SCP-4788-1 instances have been proven to be capable of human speech through telepathy. SCP-4788-1 instances attempt to persuade individuals to leave their homes, and come into direct contact with SCP-4788-A.
SCP-4788-2 is a complex anomalous strain of Bacteriophage. SCP-4788-2 infects a subject when they have been in contact with SCP-4788-A for an extended period of time. Symptoms of SCP-4788-2 include:
An instance of SCP-4877-2 at 50000x magnification.
- Lowered signs of brain functionality, and the ability to perform complex tasks.
- An inability to rest.
- Loss of control over actions and free will of the subject.
- An intense urge to spread SCP-4788-2 to other uninfected individuals by attempting to persuade individuals to come into contact with SCP-4788-A.
On rare occasions, individuals infected with SCP-4788-2 endure a transformation process that converts them into an SCP-4788-1 instance. The approximate chance for this is 8.33%.
Addendum 4788-ALPHA: Below is an Emergency Alert System broadcast that was archived on 3/██/████. Certain information in the broadcast has been redacted, and is only available to Level 4 and above Level 5 personnel.3
Addendum 4788-BETA: Below is a log of multiple diary entries created by Will ████4. These were discovered after a SCP-4788 event in Old Crow, Yukon ended. The town was amnesticized, and all electronic devices or writing pieces were confiscated to prevent any public knowledge from spreading. A leather book owned by Will ████ was discovered in the nearby forest, however; his body was never located and he has been considered KIA. The entries are listed below, and it should be noted that an individual named Rolfe ██████5 is prominent throughout the entries.
BEGIN LOG
Oh God, where do I even start with this?
Okay, allow me to introduce myself to you, whoever might be fortunate enough to get this warning.
My name is Will ████. I live in the remote area of Old Crow, Yukon. Old Crow is a very remote place, which intensifies this event I have experienced even more, I'm afraid.
I saw the broadcast, but I didn't listen. Rolfe ██████, my neighbor. He brought me outside. Forcefully.
He ran up to my house, smashed my window with a fire-axe, or some other weapon. I can't recall, I had to run. His entire face was disfigured, and bloody. He was missing an ear, for God's sake. His body was falling apart.
I jumped out the window in my attic. It hurt, but at least I'm alive. I've been on the run for about 2 whole days, and I don't know where I'm going to go next.
Eventually, I will have to get out of here. I'll have to find help. I can quite literally count the amount of people who live in this town on my fingers, so I won't be getting help here. They're probably. Fuck. They're probably all dead. May God have mercy on our souls.
Okay, okay. I have to get myself together. I have my phone. It's got blood all over, and the thing barely works. I also got this pen, and this damn book. Obviously, that's how I'm documenting this. I don't think I will make it much longer, though. God.
The broadcast. The dreadful fucking tone told us not to go outside. "Don't listen to them." "It's a red mist, just came out of nowhere." It's like a disease, spreading from person to person. I don't know how I haven't been infected yet, if it is indeed a virus. I just don't know. Why do they want me to suffer this longer than I have to?
Well, I had to run into the forest when Rolfe broke my entire goddamn window open. I don't know if I would've rather died by his hands, or had lived to see this now that I've seen it.
It's… disgusting. "Come outside", "It's beautiful", "It won't hurt", "Embracement is awaiting", and "Do not listen to them, it's time to embrace." Those are just a few of the 'quotes' I heard from those people.
I actually don't know if I should call them people, actually. Well, for one thing, they're vile creatures with extremely disproportionate features. Way too tall to be anyone I know.
However those things got here, they are killing my friends, my neighbors, everyone I knew. If I could take a guess, all 200 people who lived here are probably already dead.
The people who were getting attacked started running outside. They had these masks on, so they wouldn't breathe the mist. Clever, but I didn't bring one.
God bless those people.
Who am I kidding? God can't save us now. I have to move, and stop being a little bitch.
Walking around in the forest right now. I should be paying attention, but I'm writing this instead. All I can hear is the cold wind that is brushing against my ears. I hate to say it, but the red hue from the mist is strangely beautiful.
No, I can't let it get to me. I'll turn up like the rest then.
Gotta find some more shelter.
Oh shit, I see another town. The mist doesn't stop here though, so maybe it's prominent in multiple towns. I'm going over there, I need to see if there's any supplies I can gather.
Ghost town. Everyone here either ran away, or is dead.
It scared the ever-living shit out of me, but I found someone. He is alive, surprisingly. I don't know his name, and he isn't willing to tell me it seems. He's letting me stay in his place. He hid in the basement. Clever guy.
He gave me a mask. Hopefully that will protect me against the mist.
We heard something. He told me that it was "one of them" again. Every step they take makes the Earth shake, it seems.
Okay, this guy is starting to freak me out. I don't feel safe here. He keeps looking over me when I'm writing, and he keeps saying just. I don't know. He's being strange.
Nowhere is safe. This guy is insane. He brought me into a room with hundreds of illustrations covering the entire room. He slowly turned his head to look at me, and then I realized what was really going on.
"Isn't the mist beautiful?"
Ran away, I think I lost him. I could hear his sickening moans. "Don't you like the smell?" Fucking hell.
Now that I'm safe again, and I got a mask. I'm going south.
Oh my God, there's ten of them.
A bunch of people, not the things. They're REAL people. They're all smiling wildly, their eyes are the pitch dark, and their flesh. It's peeling off like wet paper.
Shit. Shit. Shit. I had to run, they saw me. They tried to force my mask off, they trampeled me. God dammit.
No! One of those fuckers just ripped off my mask. Oh God, I have no more protection.
I'm going to try and get out of here. I've been exposed to the mist for far too long. It was already hard to fight it back before.
It's no use. I'm going to die out here one way or another. But I have a solution.
Deep breaths.
Oh, it's awfully nice. I
I like it.
It's
It's beautiful.
I've embraced.
Do not resist, it won't help. Embrace it. It won't hurt. Do not
Resist.
Vile creatures with disproportionate features.
With each step they take, the Earth will shake.
Smog of a cruel, red hue.
Drowning in a red pool.
Do not scream,
or your bloodstream will boil.
Your greatest dreams,
will come true.
Then, you will find your place.
Time to embrace.
Breathe the smog,
starting to bleed.
It will not hurt,
and you will convert.
Embraced,
and erased from the world.
It's very dark.
Embracement.
