Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 12-inch steel tight containment cell located at Site-88, with one heavy blast door as an entrance. There must be one bullet-proof glass window for researchers to look inside the cell. Cameras are located on every side of the room. There is to be 2 Security Personnel at the entrance. While SCP-XXXX is breached from the Site, a large company of armed security department personnel must follow him and detain him. SCP-XXXX must always wear a tracking device at all times, only 1 personnel is allowed in the cell at a time. After leaving the cell, they must be put in a physic ward for at least 5 hours if contacted with the SCP.SCP-XXXX is allowed to roam around the site but must not leave it's containment zone.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid-like specie, it has the ability to talk, think and act like a normal human, however, it is proven to NOT be a human. Foundation Personnel has encountered this SCP on ██/██/1944 near Site-88, it appears to be lost in the woods and stumbled upon the Site. Researchers have shown that SCP-XXXX is very stubborn and has a doesn't like to listen to orders.
Researchers have measured its length and it's weight, the results are that SCP-XXXX is 1.75 meters tall and it weight 132lb.

Researchers have shown that SCP-XXXX's IQ is around 400, while average human IQ at that time is around 100, which makes it very smart.

SCP-XXXX also known as "The Politician" is a humanoid entity, which looks like a normal British adult male. It's place of origin is currently unknown and it is very smart.

Before Foundation Task Force had apprehended him, SCP-XXXX seems to be at that time, participating in "Politics", SCP-XXXX seems to also like solving problems with its own ways. SCP-XXXX has a lot of intelligence and could possibly be able to develop other humanoids for its own uses.

SCP-XXXX is known to possibly be responsible or be apart of the group that is responsible for several disasters in human history, he has claimed that he had caused or helped to cause the 1930s Stock Market Crash, Exxon Valdez Oil Spill. SCP-XXXX has also been responsible for several strange occurrences in history

SCP-XXXX is mostly known for causing a massive site breach at Site-88. He persuaded a level 4 researcher to open the doors of SCP-2343 what happened after was a what one could call, a domino effect as more site personnel began to die or mysteriously disappear, more SCPs began to escape, the situation was only solved when Captain Carter with the remaining Security department and the remaining combative personnel of MTF Nu-7 managed to subdue the rampaging SCPs. SCP-XXXX was found in its containment cell, reading a book, he then claimed full responsibility for the Breach. After this incidents, security precautions have been doubled for SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX though will still not state the motives behind this.

The Foundation has discovered proof of all the incidents that have happened. All proof has linked directly to SCP-XXXX, therefore, Researchers have confirmed that SCP-XXXX is the cause of the 1930s Stock Market Crash and the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill. Proof of the Incident caused by SCP-XXXX is allowed to be shown to Level 3 Personnel and above.

1929’s Stock Market Crash

It was during the 1920s, the American economy was showing an unexpected rise, more and more Americans were buying in market shares which for example after World War One more farmer were buying into shares which in turn led to the modernization of their equipment which led to foods being mass-produced, this then floods the market with cheap agricultural goods, making it harder for farmers to make money which would then lead to them being in debt. It was then this SCP-XXXX managed to convince the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to raise the lending rate to discourage borrowing, Central banks in Europe then feeling like they had to match the new rate then sent many nations reeling from World War into recession. This then leads to small market shocks in October, nothing as serious. October 24th, 1929 also known as "Black Thursday" just in a few minutes in the trading day the market lost 11% of its value, this would only continue, a rumor created by SCP-XXXX which was about stockbrokers committing suicide jumping out of windows only panicking the public furthermore, SCP-XXXX Continued to end all government initiatives to stop the rapid descent of the stock market, a few years later this would lead to the Great Depression, The Foundation still cannot find out the motives behind his actions only leading to confuse his personality even more.

Exxon Valdez Oil Spill

It was the worst oil spill in U.S. history until the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010. The Exxon Valdez oil slick covered 1,300 miles
of coastline and killed hundreds of thousands of seabirds, otters, seals, and whales. Nearly 30 years later, pockets of crude oil remain in some locations. It would later be known that SCP-XXXX managed to sink the ship by posing as a crewman on the ship. Later discretely breaking all steering equipment while using what could be called a telepathic fog to keep a full surprise. Three hours later, just after midnight on March 24th, the Exxon Valdez ran into Bligh Reef, spilling 10.8 million gallons of oil. SCP-XXXX admitted doing this over a dispute with several Exxon shipping executives.

SCP-5478 at first, when it entered the containment area, it showed signs of resisting. 3 Security Department Battalions were deployed to capture it due to it creating instances of itself. The copies of SCP-XXXX were called: SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-B, SCP-XXXX-C. All of the copies of SCP-XXXX had different faces and body structures, SCP-5478-A had a structure like a normal human being but it lacks both eyes, SCP-XXXX-A was kept in Site-06-3. SCP-XXXX-B had a structure of a reptile and it was extremely hostile,SCP-XXXX-B was kept in containment at Area-14. SCP-XXXX-C had a structure of a muscular man, it's skin was fully green and it lacks legs and feet, SCP-XXXX-C Appears to be immobilize. SCP-XXXX-C is kept in Site-104 for additional research. Researchers studied the ability to copy itself and it turns out that using that ability, SCP-XXXX almost drained all of its power, after that situation, none have reported that SCP-XXXX ever copied itself again.

Six Years Ago, SCP-XXXX has encountered with SCP-682 and both of them had a fight, it ended with SCP-5478 using its power to persuade the guards who were operating the testing to come and fight SCP-682 instead after that occurred, Staff Personnel had to bring SCP-XXXX out and the two security that had been persuaded out. the two security that had been persuaded got transferred to a room where they removed their memories on the test and put a fake one in them instead. No Records of the test have been found, only told by the ones who remembered/operated it.

5 Years Ago, a second test has been established to test it's limits again.
This time, SCP-XXXX was put in SCP-173's containment cell. SCP-XXXX kept staring at SCP-173, not even letting it's eyes down, it ended with the staffs who operated the test cancelling the test. No Records of the test has been found, only told by the ones who remembered/operated it.

+ Level 2 Clearance Required

During the event of capturing SCP-XXXX to it's containment cell, Security Personnel that were assigned to capture SCP-XXXX seems to feel dizzy and sick after the task was completed, 2 of them even fell unconscious, researchers have tested their theories and 1 theory was a positive. SCP-XXXX can release a type of gas that cannot be seen by the human eye. The Gas will give the effect of Dizziness and Sickness to the person who's inhaling the gas into their lunges. Additional Information is un-accessible.

+ Level 3 Clearance Required

SCP-XXXX seems to be first discovered 50 years ago by the foundation and it has breached it's containment and disappeared, at that time, the foundation tried to track it down but failed, the foundation cannot do anything about it other than pray that it would cause no harm to the world.

+ Level 4 Clearance Required

SCP-XXXX can only be contained by the usage of Hydroxybutyric Acid, the usage of other medicines/acid will not work and it will give SCP-XXXX more power due to that it absorbs other medicines/acids to develop its powers and it will get stronger over time.

+ Level 5 Clearance Required

SCP-XXXX may or may not develop it's power to the greatest, although SCP-XXXX may not be the dangerous SCP that the foundation has to offer, it's powers can cause an XV-Class Scenario by using its powers.¹

SCP-XXXX has been encountered by several personnel and several Chaos Insurgency units, some records are expunged due to it being a piece of highly classified information. There are only 2 records left to be seen.²

Encounter I

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Encountered: Chaos Insurgency Captain, Chaos Insurgency Cadet x2.
Injuries: The Radius and Ulna bone on the Left Arm is damaged.
Analysis:SCP-XXXX encountered a Chaos Insurgency Captain and his crew while on his way to ██████████, SCP-XXXX at that time was escorted by 6 Security Personnel, all of them were in undercover suits. When they encountered the Chaos Insurgency team, The Chaos Insurgency Captain and the Chaos Insurgency Cadets was carrying a Glock 19 and a P90, The Chaos Insurgency Captain tried to neutralize SCP-5478 and other Personnel that came with SCP-XXXX, however, the plan failed and the Security Personnel captured the Chaos Insurgency Captain and his crews.

Encounter II

Encounter I - 6/3/████

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Encountered: Winston Churchill.
Injuries: None.
Analysis:Before SCP-XXXX got captured by Mobile Task Force Nu-7, SCP-5478 has encountered Sir Winston Churchill and talked to him about Politics. Winston needed his help to develop a much more efficient tank to use in the battlefields, SCP-XXXX agreed to help and signed a contract with him. SCP-XXXX got an idea for a Tank named "Churchill Mk VII", it was then passed on to the designers to design it and the design must comply to SCP-XXXX's ideas, his ideas were that it must be a heavy tank, it must have track protections and it must have a long barrel when the designs were finished and sent to SCP-XXXX for the final review, he let Winston Churchill view it and Winston liked it, the creation was then produced and used on the battlefield, but SCP-XXXX was captured before it could see the final product.

Interviewer: Well, SCP-XXXX, this is your first interview, do you have something to say something before we start?
SCP-XXXX: Well, Doctor. I'd prefer to be interviewed by Doctor ██████ but whatever, will we start with an introduction?
Interviewer: Alright then. Welcome to your first interview. We will discuss your actions and behaviors that you have been doing.
SCP-XXXX: Alright then, doctor. First, I'd like to say that I will likely be able to answer only 5 questions so, make it snappy.
Interviewer: Alright. First Question: What Have you been doing in the outside world before you came into containment in Site-88?
SCP-XXXX: I have been doing what I've always done; Politics.
Interviewer: Second Question: Why Politics? You could've chosen other topics.
SCP-XXXX: It's what I do best. I mean, you wouldn't go do combat if you were a researcher, right?
Interviewer: Third Question: Do you have a family?
SCP-XXXX: (It Sounded Happy) Yes, I do.
Interviewer: Fourth Question: If somebody comes to you and made fun of you, what would you do?
SCP-XXXX: That was a strange question, Doctor. The answer would be that I would avoid that person, it's not like I act like the other SCPs.

Interviewer: Last Question: After this, we will be conducting tests on you, will that be okay?
SCP-XXXX: Sure, whatever.
Interviewer: Very Well, the test will start shortly.

Closing Statement: The SCP didn't show any sign of resisting the tests, however, on the third question, it showed signs of emotions, researchers will be looking into it.

Test A -07/06/████

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: SCP-XXXX will be tested to see if it has the functions of a human or not.
Results: Positive.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX appears to have the functions of a normal human being, although it has the same functions has a human being, researchers has discovered that it has 2 hearts, 1 acting like a normal heart a human has and the other, seems to be pumping into the first one, the 2nd heart appears to be an emergency heart, used by SCP-XXXX when the main one stopped working.

Test B

Test B - 10/06/████

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: SCP-XXXX will be tested to see if it can ac like a human or not.
Results: Negative.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX appears to lack the function to act like a normal human being, although it cannot be a normal human being, researchers discovered that SCP-XXXX will try to act like one and sometimes when it cannot act like one, it will immediately seek a hiding place. Researchers do not know the reason behind it.

Test C

Test C - 03/07/████

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: SCP-XXXX will have its psychic abilities tested to see what it can do.
Results: Positive.
Analysis: It appears that SCP-XXXX can persuade subjects by just looking at them and managed to persuade several Class D subjects to do his bidding such as bring XXXX a cup of tea, write XXXX a full page from the book "Art of War", a Book that the D Class never read, SCP-XXXX also somehow managed to make one researcher a committed communist, which before, the researcher showed several signs of disgust at communism.
