Special Containment Procedures: Due to the incident now classified as "XXXX-SRA-1", the following containment procedures have been prepared by the Containment Review Board, CRB.1

Description: SCP-XXXX, is a male Caucasian humanoid, which claims to be an 19-year-old male individual named "███████████", residing in Victoria, British Columbia. Scans of the public and private database present that SCP-XXXX did not exist until three weeks prior to Incident-████████ (See Addendum XXXX-SRA-1).

SCP-XXXX came to the attention of The Foundation after reports of unusual incidents, such as, but not limited to:

  • Structures bent in strange manners, such as a disfigured nine (9).
  • Non-toxic materials becoming toxic due to unknown means.
  • Change in the chemical makeup of different materials.
  • Physical changes in the environment, not caused through natural means, nor artificial means.

Due to suspicion of said incidents occurring due to an individual being able to manipulate reality, MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits"), were sent in to investigate the region, and report anomalous activity, as well as given a secondary directive to capture any entities that may be causing these events. The following is an audit log of the capture of SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX: "Well, I'm not really sure, I just got this feeling in my hands, thought it up in my mind, and boom, it was there."
Field Agent ████: "When did you first notice this ability? And, what was the feeling that triggered the event?"
SCP-XXXX: "Well, it's complic-wait, why should I be telling you this? Let me out now, I demand a fair trial."
