EXECUTIVE SUMMARY REGARDING CAPABILITIES OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL CIVILIZATION KNOWN AS "NEREANS" — RECOMMENDED RESTRICTION, MINIMUM LEVEL FOUR

SCP-XXXX is a colony that was established approximately five million years by a spaceborne species known as the Nereans. SCP-XXXX-A is an autonomous artificial intelligence tasked with its protection. It presents psychological vulnerabilities analogous to that of a human being, and this unit has used these to obtain some intelligence.
SCP-XXXX-A, as it presents to this unit, is primarily a silicon-based gelatinous drone, highly intelligent, apparently conscious, and capable of self-locomotion, self-regeneration, and self-modification. It is reluctant to share technical details, but can readily be persuaded to demonstrate its functions or the functions of the systems under its discretion.
SCP-XXXX is operated from and sustained by a dense collection of structures within a crevice in the Europaen surface. This crevice is roughly hexagonal, and positioned at each of its three insets are the focal points of what SCP-XXXX-A termed the facility's "relativistic transplanter matrix." This device is the engine of the Nereans' original interstellar colony vessel. According to SCP-XXXX-A, vessels so equipped can travel faster than light through a series of self-generated wormholes. This device now serves as a power source, transportation mechanism, and weapon for the entire colony.
According to SCP-XXXX-A, the restrictions preventing it from executing its usual maintenance functions have caused commensurate decay in all systems. In spite of this, SCP-XXXX is capable of altering gravitational forces at a range of at least forty AUs, and with a maximum magnitude beyond this unit's or SCP-XXXX-A's ability to calculate. Consequently, SCP-XXXX is capable of causing gravitational time dilation effects anywhere within the solar system.
Furthermore, SCP-XXXX is capable of transporting matter and energy throughout space via its spacetime distortion effects. SCP-XXXX's actual power source is classified beyond SCP-XXXX-A's ability to access, and thus cannot be ascertained. However, approximations of the colony's overall size, average energy use, and the amount of time it has existed suggest that it is capable of generating at least 0.2 petawatts at all times for purposes of basic colony operations, and at least 4.7 petawatts of power if brought to full capacity.
As of yet, SCP-XXXX-A has proven entirely unable to meaningfully describe or discuss the population indigenous to SCP-XXXX, other than to indicate that they are carbon-based, sapient cephalopodic animals that are sealed into the concrete cells and not to be removed or disrupted for any purpose. SCP-XXXX-A claims to be unaware of the reasons for this situation.
Due to the clear and present danger to humanity, this unit is advising a Class XIII Alert Status be issued at the highest echelons of the Foundation and Foundation-associated parties.
