Description
The Untitled Ring Binder
When a title is written, all texts with the same title becomes an instance.
A ring binder of identical make to SCP-5533
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5533 is contained at Site-███ located in ███████, Estonia. SCP-5533 is to be kept in security locker A-Z-57 and only to be removed or handled by personnel with Level-3 security clearance or higher. SCP-5533 is contained at Site-███ located in ███████, Estonia. It is stored inside a protective double-layered glass bell within a 5m × 5m × 5m stainless steel-lined, climate-controlled vault.
A team of six researchers of Level-5/5533 clearance has been assigned to document and create updated pages for SCP-5533, as well as unlock SCP-5533’s vault to update its contents. The contents of SCP-5533 is updated at the end of each month.
An instance of SCP-5533-1 can be created by researchers with Level-3 clearance or above at any time. Instances of SCP-5533-1 are to be tracked and undone once the use for it is expired. If an instance of SCP-5533-1 breaches containment, the title of SCP-5533 must be changed.
Update: As of 14/Aug/2███, SCP-5533's title is precisely as follows:
"The Secure Contain Protect Foundation's Emergency Database Formed By SCP-5533"
Description: SCP-5533 is a 2-ringed, black, J.Burrows-brand A4 ring binder with a blank label on its spine. Both SCP-5533's plastic cover and label can be written upon or have sticky notes placed on it. SCP-5533 may have non-anomalous binder paper placed into it and can be used as any other non-anomalous ring binders, as long as it is not given a title.
The anomalous properties of SCP-5533 come into effect when it is given a title. When SCP-5533 has a title written on its label or has a sticky note with a title written on it placed upon the cover, any physical non-living object in the known universe that shares a title with SCP-5533 will become an instance of SCP-5533-1. The only known object to exclude this effect are labels such as sticky notes.
SCP-5533's title can be written in any language with all use of punctuation and any number of characters acceptable, the only limit being how many characters capable of being entered onto the title. The title cannot be written in a confusing manner; illegible characters or symbols similar to other symbols will prevent the anomalous effect from manifesting. In the case of multiple titles inscribed on SCP-5533, the oldest title will cause the effect to manifest.
SCP-5533-1 is an identical copy of SCP-5533 and everything placed on, within and written on SCP-5533. All instances of SCP-5533-1 will update in real-time based on any edits made to SCP-5533. There is no known limit to the number of instances of SCP-5533-1 formed.
Instances of SCP-5533-1 cannot be damaged or edited in any way unless the title is affected; if the title of SCP-5533-1 is removed, changed or rendered illegible, the instance of SCP-5533-1 will revert back to its prior form with the title edited the same way. The exact manner in which the title is edited depends on the prior form of SCP-5533-1 and how the title was changed, with notebooks having the title erased or changed while DVD disks have the title faded or scratched away. In addition to this, damage taken by the instance of SCP-5533-1 will be transferred to its original form, this does not affect the functionality of SCP-5533-1 and will only be evident when the instance of SCP-5533-1 is reverted. If SCP-5533's title is changed or erased, all instances of SCP-5533-1 will be reverted in a similar fashion without the title being affected.
SCP-5533 was retrieved from an MC&D front originally discovered by Agent "Zeist" and raided by MTF Delta-5 "Front Runners". The front was burned down and SCP-5533 was retrieved, having taken extreme damage but having since been repaired. Despite having almost its entire mass replaced through the repairing process, SCP-5533's anomalous properties still continue to function. Theseus' paradox apparently does not hold true for SCP-5533, but further testing to determine whether SCP-5533 preserves its anomalous properties after having its parts completely replaced is denied by O5 Command.
Addendum A: Proposal - Thaumiel Reclassification - Operation "Stone Tablet"
Due to the versatility and ease of access that SCP-5533 provides, Operation Stone Tablet has been proposed by Dr. Iscariot to record an emergency copy of the Foundation database onto a document to be placed into SCP-5533. SCP-5533-1 can then be used in emergency scenarios where databases cannot be accessed or are compromised.
Addendum B: Operation "Stone Tablet" - Amendments made
Operation Stone Tablet denied by O5 Command on a 4-8-1 vote, due to the inherent danger and risk of classified or hazardous information being leaked. Operation Stone Tablet resubmitted by Dr. Iscariot with amendments and edits detailing steps to record an abridged version of the SCP Foundation’s Database, focusing on recognisable features and safety procedures and omitting classified or hazardous information.
Addendum C: O5 Command
Operation Stone Tablet has been accepted by O5 Command on a 10-2-1 vote. SCP-5533's title and contents are to be rewritten to function as an emergency database backup. SCP-5533 has been reclassified to Thaumiel and the Secure Containment Procedures have been updated.

Comments
Basically stuff that Kai has questions, or comments about.
(1) Should this SCP be stored at Site-01? It's literally the safest place on Earth. If so, I'd go with the following:
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5533 is contained at Site-███ located in ███████, Estonia. It is stored inside a protective double-layered glass bell within a 5m × 5m × 5m stainless steel-lined, climate-controlled vault, accessible to researchers of Level 3 clearance and above. SCP-5533 is contained at Site-01, located in [DATA EXPUNGED BY O5 ORDER]. It is stored inside a protective double-layered glass bell within a 5m × 5m × 5m stainless steel-lined, climate-controlled vault. Access to SCP-5533 is exclusively limited to the O5 Council, with all updates of SCP-5533 to be directed to O5-10.
Why O5-10?
O5-10: "The Archivist".
Female. African/European descent. American origin. Appears to be mid-40s. Tends to wear grey striped suits.
O5-10 plays the role of archivist and record-keeper. She acts as custodian of the records of previous iterations of the planet and associated timelines.
These records show how many times Earth (or the timeline associated with Earth) has been severely damaged and "reset", and how many "resets" the Foundation has allowed, or stopped. Additionally, O5-10's records include the full number of K-Class events that the Foundation has ever been aware of (including some information passed from prior timelines). Most of the O5 Council does not have access to this information, and only O5-10 has access to all of it.
O5-10 inherited her role from a prior O5-10, and therefore has been an O5 Council member for several years. However, she has only recently become publicly active within the Foundation. She has "adopted" a number of newer researchers, and taken special interest in SCP-1985 and similar SCP items related to major K-Class scenarios.
(2) Keep in mind of a clinical tone. I've updated the language when referring to SCP-5533 and SCP-073 to keep it as professional as possible.
(3) As always, keep tone in mind for the experiment log. Try not to use contractions because they are purely used in speech and not scientific writing.
