Special Containment Procedures: Allow SCP-4956 to any furniture it requests that doesn't compromise security. Interactions allowed for Level-2 and up for less than 5 hours of communication any time during the day. No interactions allowed at night, dusk, or dawn unless specifically asked to by SCP-4956. Failure to adhere to interaction restrictions will cause SCP-4956 to go into "Shut Down". See Description. He is not allowed to have television, internet, or electronics.

Description: SCP-4956, a Humanoid, is commonly referred to as the "Liquidizer". He was discovered in ██████ Water Park. When he was discovered, he was under water for a recorded 30 minutes. No one noticed he was there until a women of the age ██ saw him. She took him out of the water, but the boy was fine. She reported this to 911. This caught the Foundations attention. Therefore, he was then taken into custody by the Foundation. He was tested for ██ weeks in anomalies currently know for SCP's to posses. He was given water after a few weeks. He was deprived of it because of the Water Park incident.
