Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5134 must be kept in a 5 x 10 meter room, 7 meters in height, with all objects in the room possess complex internal structures, and be bolted to the ground. A strong projectile proof window must stand 3.5 meters above the ground. 4-8 armed guards must be kept outside SCP-5134's room at all times(varying on the state of SCP-5134). SCP-5134 must be observed at all times by at least one researcher to observe changes/abilitys in SCP-5134. If a containment breach occurs use any anesthetic to numb SCP-5134 brain as fast as possible.
Description: SCP-5134 is a 2 meter tall, Caucasian male, with blue eyes and black hair. SCP-5134, seemingly of teenage physique, acts normally quiet and generally reserved. SCP-5134 wears a red hoodie that doesn't ever seem to wear down and is attached to his back by a metallic object, shaped similarly to an external spinal cord, that runs up his spine, ending at the base of his neck. The reason why this object is on his back is currently unknown, however theory's suggest this may be where his anomalous ability's come from.
SCP-4134's body seems to possess a new psycho-kinetic ability every 48 hours. He possess three core ability's, that don't ever change along with his ability. Telekinesis, telepathy, and is able to lift himself in the air and remain there seemingly indefinitely. The ability's that SCP-5134 receives every 48 hours seems almost random, which makes him very hard to contain. Examples of these ability's like pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, and an assortment of others.
SCP-5134 has had several encounters with D-Class and most seem to end with some form of violent death. However some D-Class have had positive encounters with SCP-5134 for no particular reason. These encounters are assumed to be involved with mental state due to SCP-5134's telepathy. Or may be from the current mood of the personnel, since, SCP-5134 is very cunning when it comes to social interactions.
SCP-5134 is mostly calm, however if provoked, he will act out violently usually using one of his kinesis ability's to severely injure or kill someone. If angered, his eyes shift to a bright, glowing red and during this period of time he becomes highly aggressive. Ways to counter these out burst are to make objects internal structures intentionally complex as he can only manipulate and control what he understands or can see.
